Our wonderful family house is exactly what you're looking for to compliment your Martha's Vineyard vacation. The house's wonderful location is nestled quietly a short distance (2 miles) from downtown Oak Bluffs, the many area beaches, public golf courses, plus 2 miles from the OB and VH ferries and 10 minutes from airport. Not only does the house have 3 bedrooms, but it also has 3 full baths to match. Whether you're a family with children, or 3 couples looking to enjoy an Island vacation, this house is more than you've hoped for. We have all the "kid" stuff you need like 2 Pack n Plays, High Chairs, books & toys. There is plenty of parking, all recently updated appliances, we are sure that you'll fall in love with this house just as much as we did.

Clean, spacious, and modern property with plenty of amenities — the property delivered on everything advertised. The location is scenic with easy access to local attractions, and the beach is a comfortable 15-minute walk away. The host responded promptly whenever we had questions. This house was perfect for my 10 Person family. It is spacious with a huge basement for the kids to sleep, recreate, and enjoy. The backyard was perfect for outside eating as well as taking meetings. The house is located very close to all of the happenings on Circuit Avenue as well as Inkwell beach and Farmneck. It’s an easy drive to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. If you’re looking for someplace that is both quiet and convenient, this is the place.Very close to all the action with nice places to walk and enjoy. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and flexible. I would stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home itself was beautiful, clean, and the owner was extremely responsive throughout our trip. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to Circuit Avenue, bike everywhere, and took the bus as well. So convenient!The Wi-Fi connectivity was great. We were able to work in the backyard. The lighting was awesome as was the deck.One of our challenges was the lack of closet space and way too many spiders in the basement. The dishes were beautiful but there was no pantry space, which made food cooking adults. That being said, it looked like a phenomenal space for families with young children. So many games, PlayStation, small tables, chairs.And of course a spacious outdoor shower is always a win!

Lovely, spacious, and convenient home

My family (2 kiddos, 3 and 4 years old) and 77 year old mom stayed at this house which was great. Big and spacious living room, kitchen, and rooms made it very enjoyable. Huge deck and patio with grill was great for outside eating.

Great house, great basement, great location!

Perfect house for families with teens—full basement with full bath where they can hang out. Big kitchen with table that can seat 8 comfortably. Quiet neighborhood location within 10 minute drive from Edgartown or Vineyard Haven. Owner was very helpful and responsive with information and assistance. Great rental!

Good location

Communication prior to arrival with the owner was great. Check in was easy. The location was good enough for walking into town or a short drive. No fault of the owner but we didn’t use the basement as it was pretty humid and there were a lot of spiders. The teens ended up sleeping upstairs. Overall the house and location were good.

Thank you for the 5 star review of our MV home. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The humidity issue in the basement has been fixed with installing a large Mitsubishi unit that addressed the humidity and allows heat and air conditioning in the fall of 2022. We also have the house sprayed before each season from a local company with all natural ingredients.

Awesome vineyard getaway

Marc’s place was nice very clean & comfortable for our group of 10. my first reaction was he needs to update pics cause the place is way nicer than the pics in this App. We brought a car but didn’t use it much we walked to town & the beach on most days. We wanted to book the same week for next year but another family beat us to it.

Well-located

We appreciated the location of Marc's home relative to Oak Bluffs, the lagoon down the street, and to thoroughfares enabling travel to all the different towns. The home was nicely equipped and offered good space for us and our kids. While different from our previous rental experiences on VRBO, Marc was clearly communicative in advance about the need to bring one's own linens, towels and paper goods.

We love staying at this home!

This is a great home for an extended family. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths plus a finished basement with full bath and an outdoor shower. Nice back yard with a horseshoe pit. Very clean and up to date and well equipped house as well. We have stayed here 3 times in the past 3 years and look forward to coming back. It is very convenient to Oak Bluffs, Farm Neck & Vineyard Haven. Marc is an excellent host and always available for any issues or questions. We highly recommend this home!

Wonderful vacation home on the Vineyard!

This is the fifth sequential summer we’ve enjoyed spending in this lovely home. It is a terrific beach house easily accessible to beach, town, biking and vacation activities. As soon as we arrive we relax into vacation mode. The rooms are tastefully decorated for easy living with very comfortable beds and living room layout. Lots of closet and drawer space make it very easy to settle in. The large kitchen and dining room are great for flow. We love the multiple outdoor spaces for relaxation - porch, deck and lawn, and of course the barbecue! Marc and Kristen are especially friendly, welcoming and responsive to our needs.

Living the lagoon life!

We loved everything about this clean, organized, spacious beach house located 5 min away from downtown OB (by car) and Circuit Ave. With 4 adults, 2 kids (6 & 10), and an infant, we had more than enough room to spread out! The AC works incredibly to cool the house down. We were there during 82 degree, humid conditions that felt like 95 outside, but the house is super comfy with the 3 AC units. The finished basement with bunks, full bath, and tv was a big hit for the kids. They had the whole basement to themselves. It was really nice for the adults to have some separation from the kids, too! The basement didn’t have an AC unit but it was so nice and cool down there. The beds are sooo comfy. There is a thick mattress pad on every mattress, lots of extras pillows and blankets in every closet.. Everything was super clean. The master bath has two shower heads- very fun and efficient! The kitchen is so lovely and so spacious with the best natural lighting all day long. We enjoyed lots of meals at the beautiful wooden table. The appliances are all in tip-top shape and so clean and beautiful. There is everything you need and again, everything is very organized with lots of space to store the things you bring with you. So many options for watching movies/shows. There is reg cable tv as well as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Every bedroom has a tv, as does the living room area. The yard is fantastic. It is vast and although it isn’t fenced in, we felt completely comfortable letting the kids run around. The house is on the corner of a quiet street. We spent most mornings on the patio. It’s brand new and has a lovely patio set with umbrella. They even have a tiny table w umbrella for small children. So cute! Front deck is cute with 2 rocking chairs and a table. It is always shady where the chairs are so we spent many afternoons there if the back deck was too sunny. There are lots of extra plastic chairs in backyard & lots of space for multiple cars in front of house. The BEST thing we had access to was the lagoon. It’s down the street, literally 1 min away, and you'll get the info once you check in. It has maybe 6 parking spots and def feels like a private beach! There are also kayaks you can use there! Just make sure you bring your own oars! It was so easy to go there with the kids and the baby instead of a big beach. When we weren’t out & about, we LOVED being in this house. The owners really take great care of it and make sure it’s updated.

House was just as shown, very large plenty of space if traveling with a group. Kids loved the basement, toys and flat backyard. Location was excellent, we brought a car. We went during off season so linens were provided which was a huge plus for us so just double check for your time frame and plan to bring own shampoo, paper goods etc if staying for more than a night. Highly recommend this house and hope to book it again in the future, it worked perfectly for us traveling with little kids.

Great home, convenient to everything

My small family of 3 (spouse and 2 year old) had a wonderful stay at Marc’s house. The house is very comfortable, filled with toys and games for kiddos and a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is just outside of what I would consider the “downtown” part of OB, which was great for us as we prefer to not be squarely in the middle of all the action. But it was all just a quick bike ride away. We didn’t use much of the basement at all, other than to do laundry, so can’t really comment on that other than to say it was a large finished space. Overall, we had a great stay and we are hoping to stay at Marc’s house again in the future.

One last getaway before school starts

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood, classic Vineyard decor. Finished basement great for the kids to "chill", farmhouse kitchen table fantastic set up for game night! Perfect Place in a Great Location

Marc's rental home was exactly as described in the listing. It featured just about every amenity you could need. The home was extremely spacious, both inside and out and the deck was perfect for evening drinks and dinner. Location is about a mile and a half or some from downtown OB so you have some privacy and no noise. It's an easy bike ride to town if you don't want to take a car or walk. Would definitely stay again!

We stay on the Vineyard every summer for a family vacation and this is the best house we have rented to date. The house was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook which is so helpful when staying for a week. We are a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and were very comfortable and felt like we had plenty of space. The house is very close to downtown Oak Bluffs and Farm Neck golf course. The back yard and deck were an added bonus. The host was very quick to communicate with me prior and during the vacation with any questions we had. We can’t wait to stay again next year. Since I was a child, my Family and I have been spending Summers on the Vineyard. Although I work in Boston and live in the South Shore of MA, we try to spend as much time on the island with our young twins. We sincerely hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do.

The Island has been our home away from home and where I try to spend as many summer weekends as possible. After arriving by ferry, and settling into the house, I know you'll feel both as at home and as on vacation, as we do.
