Perfect Home For A Family Vacation With All The Amenities

This professionally designed & decorated vacation home is great for a quiet get away for one or two couples/families or for a multi-generational family vacation. Located on a quiet dirt road, you'll be away from the noise of downtown Oak Bluffs, but still only a ten minute walk from all the action! Jetty beach is also less than a mile away, so getting there by car, bike or foot is easy. There are two master suites on the second floor both offering luxurious king beds and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. Master suite 1 has a private bath while master suite 2 has a private access to a shared bath, and a home office (complete with wifi and printer/scanner) should you need to get any work done during your week away. And, if the weather should get too hot & muggy, you'll still sleep soundly with the central air conditioning! For your convenience, a full sized washer/dryer is located on the second floor.
The first floor has an open concept design which is perfect for entertaining, with beautiful cherry hardwood floors throughout. The dining room has a large, casual custom designed table with seating for 8, the living room is generously sized, light and bright and beautifully decorated. It has a rustic beach stone fireplace with a raised hearth, in case the nights get chilly and you'd like to cozy up by the fire. The kitchen has custom cherry cabinetry, granite tops and two sinks -- plus all the cooking supplies you could ever need to whip up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner! There is also a lovely, small powder room and 'mud' space to leave your coats and sandy shoes. Off of the living room is a large, mahogany deck with a seating area, all under a retractable awning to keep you cool, as well as a stainless gas grill. On the patio is a handmade reclaimed redwood table and chairs (seats 12) four adirondack chairs and a fire pit, and best of all -- a wood fired pizza oven! The outdoor space is very private, comfortable and spacious. Behind the garage is a bike rack that can hold up to six bikes. And no beach house is complete without a great outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand -- and breathe in the fresh vineyard air while you get clean! We even provide beach chairs for your use on the island.

For those lazy evenings, head down to the basement, get comfortable on the large sectional sofa and watch a movie on the 55" TV! There's plenty of room to spread out for the whole family! Concerned about what to do on a rainy day? The basement playroom is chock full of puzzles, games, legos, arts & craft supplies -- keep those little hands busy while you relax, read a book or take a nap upstairs! Right next to the playroom is a large bunk room with three sets of bunks beds and a full bath -- the kids will have their own slice of heaven (and so will you, since it stays nice and quiet upstairs!).
