Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Garage is for owner usage only.
Other things to note To access the house you need to cross a low water concrete bridge. If there has been a lot of rain just before your stay, this bridge can flood, making reaching the house a little more challenging. However, the co-host lives locally and near the river, so we will let you know if it looks as if this will affect your stay as soon as we have information. If the bridge looks like it will flood and you will be unable to drive across to the home, you can opt to park on the other side of the river and cross the river via the pedestrian bridge and walk to the home.

We had the best weekend here! The house was even better than listed online - so well stocked and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were so large and you could tell there was so much thought that went into it. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning enjoying nature. It’s so tucked away but also very close to anything in the area!

About the host
Hosted by Seth Coffman
I enjoy time outdoors with my friends and family. My wife and I along with 2 other couples and their families (8 kids in all) bought this property to make memories, relax and enjoy time together outdoors. We tore down what was left of an old cabin and built what we have today. We are excited to share the Wayfarer with you and all the beautiful Shenandoah Valley has to offer.
Why they chose this property
The Wayfarer affords guests the opportunity to relax and recharge close to nature.
