Beautiful and comfortable

We loved our short stay here! So comfortable for a family of four. We were so impressed with amenities offered - more than at any VRBO we've stayed at. From beach amenities (great towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) to kitchen items (such a well stocked kitchen!), this was a fabulous place to stay. Quiet location.

Amazing and wonderful

We had an amazing stay and experience at this condo. It was clean and they really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this unit along with I Go Maui Vacations who manages the property. They were great with responses to all questions and communication was excellent.

Amazing Views

The only criticism we have about our stay was the AC. Did not work properly and the room was hot. Must repair and do maintenance on the units. Overall our experience was awesome!! We also won the Championship!! So amazing all around. Mahalo again!!

Whale soup

The crew of our whale watching ride described the level of activity as “whale soup”. We saw the same level of activity in Maalaea Bay from the condo lanai. Perfect condo location and lay out. Perfect location for whale watching. We will definitely return next year.

View of the water and breeze. Parking lot is in the shade in the morning when you prepare for the day and the entire condo is in the shade early afternoon due to sun setting behind mountains. Early morning sunrise over the mountains was a great way to start each morning

What you see is what you get and more!!

Excellent condo with a great location. The condo has everything you need and more. Offering the cooler, beach chairs. Umbrella, etc. we’re added benefits. I would definitely come back and stay here again!! The turtles everyday at the sea walk were amazing. We even got in and swam alongside them! Great place and they take exceptional car of the grounds. The maintenance staff was wonderful!!

Comfortable Place. Great Central Location.

The condo was comfortable and well maintained. Great view of the ocean on a relaxing deck. Beds were nice. Communication with the owners if needed was fast. The location of the condo was great because it was between Lahaina and Kihei which we visited often. There is a nice aquarium and mini golf within walking distance. We would certainly stay here again. On a side note if you do a tour around the island pay to have someone drive you! Don't take your rental... :) In Lahaina there is great shopping. We also did a submarine and separate whale watching tour. In Kihei are some great beaches, snorkeling and kayaking. Have fun in Maui!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect for our needs. It was central to everywhere we had business. The proper manager Amy was very accommodating and addressed all our needs and concerns the best she could in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with her to find vacation rentals. The unit fit 6 and that would be the max I would recommend fitting in there. It was too windy that trip to swim in the pool and there wasn’t much Sandy beach in that area but it was still a beautiful view. We BBQ’d some steaks on the poolside grill and watched the sunset. The property was well kept and clean. Parking was a little tight but manageable. Overall I would recommend this place. It is affordable and central.

Everything Was Accurate & Perfect

This beautiful condo was clean, well-maintained, well-stocked., with cute decor. It pretty much had everything we needed for our very first trip to Hawaii - truly great! Wonderful communication from property manager. Centrally located. Enjoyed seeing Sea Turtles out front and watching the surfers as well. Having AC for us was great - it was pretty humid during our visit. For any first timers...the MaaLaea General Store is a very short walk for some basics first day. Great sandwiches. Safeway closeby in Kihei. We had great dinners at Cafe O'Lei at the Mill House, The Maui Brewing Company, and Lahaina Fish Co. Enjoyed a sunset cruise (2 hours, drinks and appetizers) with Trilogy Excursions, short morning hike at Iao Valley State Park (to see the Needle), 4-hour bottom fishing with Aloha Blue Charters, drove to top of Haleakala Crater, and went to a cool vodka tasting/tour at Hawaii Sea Spirits Organic Farm and Distillery with lunch after at their cafe (beautiful). Rented snorkeling equipment from Boss Frog and snorkeled in shallow waters off Kaanapali Beach (face to face with sea turtles!). We had such a great trip :) Three minor suggestions: (1) Needed a pen in the unit (I forgot mine) specifically to complete the parking forms (2) First night supply of coffee would have been helpful and (3) more detailed instructions for operation of AC (ex: the timer). I would book this property again for sure!

Great Location Needs Upkeep

We love this general location overlooking Maalea Bay and harbor, but be aware that the condo is right over the entrance to the pool and office. There was a sea turtle living right off the seawall just 50 feet away. The condo itself was comfortable, but lacking in consistent upkeep. The air conditioning was not working in the back bedroom and didn't get fixed during our stay. The smallish refrigerator leaked water on the floor that we had to clean up to avoid falls. And the smoke alarm failed by beeping at us, so we had to disable it. The most annoying problem is that the large blinds at the lanai don't close, really impeding privacy with the lanai right over the pool and BBQ area. The blinds in the bedroom close, but are not light blocking. This is a particular problem because there ate two bright patio security lights just outside the lanai. We can only recommend this place if the owners attend to maintenance and upkeep issues. We did get a small refund, but not enough to account for the above issues.

Megaschöne Wohnung! Zimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt. Hochwertig, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche allerbestens ausgestattet. Betten schön groß und bequem.Einzigartger Blick aufs Meer und Haleakala. Und die Lage ist superzentral - praktisch im Mittelpunkt von Maui. Great location, poor property management

Plan on cutting your last night in town short to do laundry and cleaning. At the price they charge, I shouldn’t have to do laundry. The unit was well stocked but only had three spoons, I could go on but I won’t. It’s clear the owners are skimping on property management and expecting visitors to carry half the weight. Beautiful location, beautiful unit, poor management.

Aloha! Mahalo for staying with us and we hope you created wonderful Maui memories to look back on. We are so sorry to hear that the check-out procedures were not to your liking. If we had known your frustration, we could have exempted you from what you found to be an issue. Check out procedures are below to review in which it states that laundry is a "request" from cleaning companies we contract with. Our team was able to confirm that there are over 10 spoons in the unit- 2 different sizes. Perhaps that might have been overlooked during your stay? We would have loved to help you locate them if we had known. DEPARTURE PROCEDURES: "As a friendly reminder before you check out please remember to do the following. Mahalo for your kokua! * Look around carefully and make sure that you have all of your belongings * Remove trash * Load dishwasher and start (if applicable) * Turn off lights, fans and air-conditioner * Close blinds and curtains * If any additional keys were provided, (pool key or 2nd house key) please leave those on the kitchen counter. * Securely lock up all windows, lanai and front door. * You may have leftover food- please feel free to leave your uneaten food in fridge/condo as our housekeeping "cleaning fairies" truly appreciate the extra help for their households. Mahalo in advance for your kindness to them. * Feel free to fill out the feedback form left in teal welcoming binder. * We do contract out cleaning to outsourced cleaning companies, as a request from them- they ask that laundry be left at a minimum. We want you to enjoy paradise but also encourage you to please be mindful of bringing the beach back home with you. Please utilize the complex showers and beach rinse-off areas before storing beach chairs and other beach items back inside the condo. If upon your departure there is an excessive amount of sand throughout the condo there will be an additional cleaning fee added on. "

We are a Hawaii State -licensed vacation rental brokerage company here on Maui. We specialize in the most central location on the Valley Isle "the quaint harbor village of Maalaea". We have been filling a niche that has been making owners and guests happy and satisfied for over 16 years. (Aloha Island Rentals dba I Go Maui Vacation Rentals & Realty RB-22156)

By managing a limited number of exceptional condos we are able to maintain the high quality and level of standards that we have set for ourselves as well as strive to exceed owner and guest expectations. We like to think of ourselves as “THE” Vacation Rental Company for the discerning!

5 miles of uncrowded beach, whale watching in Maalaea Bay which is the Humpback Whale calving and breeding grounds during the winter months (November through April) and Giant Green Sea Turtle watching year round right in front of the property! Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing with in walking distance to the longest sugary beach on Maui! The Pacific Whale foundation is a short walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! A few restaurants to choose from, gas/quick mart and a family activity center featuring water bumper boats, mini golf, extreme trampoline and rock climbing! Their is a charming local store called "Maalaea General Store" 5 minutes by foot, for local eats, espresso, fruits and vegetables, liquor and lite grocery items.
