It was very clean , family friendly , we loved the pool it was a bit small but we had family friends tell us it’s normal in Sarasota. The host had very good communication skills and replied to us withen under 24 hrs in every text.

the property was nice. taylor was nice to speak with. disappointed that there were not many toys for pool and no racket or items for the pickleball court. the pool was not heated and were unable to use it. the fire pit we pulled the gas tank off of the grill since there was not one there. so we were not able to use the grill and fire pit at the same time. there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and around the caulk in the tub.

We've added more toys for the pool and there have been rackets, they just can't be left out in Florida, so are in a storage bin by the pool. We have 3 gas tanks at the property. There is no mold, but our cleaner has changed to do better in the bathrooms.
