Welcome to Paradise Cove.......This perfect beach getaway has it all.

This well decorated single family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton. Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV.

The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements.

Other Perks we offer at this house are pool toys, beach towels, beach gears from umbrella to beach chairs. We also have hairdryer, Mr. Coffee 12 cup, keurig B60, blender, iron, washer, dryer and BBQ grill.

Maggie made it so easy and the house was super cute. Although we didn't stay but one night, the heated pool would have been nice to be in. She left water bottles and snacks too!My only recommendation is to add mattress toppers to the beds.

A great place to stay! They allowed us early check in which was great so we had ample time to settle in and prepare for the week. We had decided to eat in more and this was the perfect place for that! We were able to grill and cook, and hang out in the pool in a spacious backyard!

Great house, just as listed! Very clean! Everything you need in one place! Close driving distance to any food, shopping, activities, beaches (15 minutes)… Advice: take flip flops! The shells in the backyard are rough on the feet, super cute tho!

We had an amazing time staying here while visiting family. Everything we need was already there, not even one small thing overlooked. The place was immaculate, the pool was clean and they even had everything we needed for my nephews 1 year old daughter. This will be our go to place whenever visiting family from now on.
