Welcome to Paradise Cove.......This perfect beach getaway has it all.

This well decorated single family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton. Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV.

The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements.

Other Perks we offer at this house are pool toys, beach towels, beach gears from umbrella to beach chairs. We also have hairdryer, Mr. Coffee 12 cup, keurig B60, blender, iron, washer, dryer and BBQ grill.

This was amazing for our family. My granddaughter sees the seashells out back & was so full of excitement. The host is an excellent comunicator and flexible. We absolutely loved our stay. We were in town with friends to do a little business south of home, so we decided to make it more enjoyable and get a nice place to stay. After a lot of searching online I came across this gem. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but as soon as you enter the backyard you feel like you're in your own private oasis. I communicated with Maggie, the host, quite a bit with a few questions I had before our stay. She always answered me promptly and was super friendly and accommodating. As far as the home, it was spacious and very well thought out. It looked like they were extras of everything! Super clean and tastefully decorated. It didn't feel like something hastily thrown together, but a real HOME. Lots of extra and thoughtful touches like shampoos and body washes, and a little snack tray laid out upon our arrival. The pool was clean and refreshing, a nice break after a long day. All of us agreed we wish we had been able to book it for a week! If we're ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it either, book now!
