Escape to this inviting beach retreat located in the private, gated North Bethany Beach community of Sea Del. Just a short walk to the beach, this home offers an open floor plan with two levels of living space. It is also pet-friendly for up to two dogs.
The main floor features a large living area with a fireplace that opens to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for meals at home. There is a spacious dining table off the kitchen and additional bar seating at the kitchen island. On this floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, each equipped with a television. The first bedroom offers two twin-size beds, while the second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed and access to the large side deck. The fourth bedroom has two full beds.
The second floor is home to two primary bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms has a balcony that offers views and sounds of the ocean. The laundry room is also located on this floor.
Outside, the large deck provides the perfect spot for guests to enjoy meals, morning coffee, and evening drinks while soaking in the sounds of the nearby ocean waves. A gas grill is available for guest use, as well as an outdoor shower.
The Sea Del community offers a private guarded beach (Memorial Day to Labor Day) for guest use during your stay. Guests also have access to Sea Del's community tennis court, which can be reserved online. Downtown Bethany Beach boardwalk and restaurants are just a short drive from the property or a 35-minute walk on the beach!
Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
No Smoking allowed. Pet fee is $250 per dog.
