Welcome to Beach Mouse West! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front duplex is located in the desirable Bay to Breakers neighborhood of Fort Morgan. With room for up to 12 guests, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for families and groups who want the best of both the beach and the bay. Bay to Breakers offers wonderful neighborhood amenities including two community pools, a private boardwalk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, and a community boardwalk to Mobile Bay.

The living room includes a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa. Just off the living room, you can access the screened porch or balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal air.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with full-size appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space, making meal prep simple and enjoyable. The dining table offers seating for family dinners, with additional spots at the breakfast bar.

Booking both sides gives you twice the space while keeping everyone close together—perfect for family reunions, multi-family vacations, or groups of friends who want plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying the same beautiful location.

About the Neighborhood - Bay to Breakers
Tucked away at the quiet end of Fort Morgan, Bay to Breakers offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Fort Morgan is known for its 14 miles of sugar-white beaches, and this community makes it easy to enjoy them all. Guests have access to two sparkling community pools, a private boardwalk to the Gulf, and a boardwalk leading directly to Mobile Bay. It’s the ideal spot to watch breathtaking sunsets and even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the water—a true coastal escape.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
