Just 5 miles from the beach, this brand-new, designer-built cottage is the perfect place to relax, recharge, or work remotely during your Southern California stay. Your private 1-bedroom guest house is attached to the main home but completely separate, with its own private entrance for your comfort and convenience.

Nestled in the beautiful and highly sought-after La Costa Valley neighborhood, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to resort-style amenities — a sparkling swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and scenic walking paths. You’ll also be just minutes away from great shopping and dining at The Forum, La Costa Town Center, and Encinitas Town Center, as well as some of the area’s most stunning beaches.

Space
Inside, you’ll find a peaceful bedroom with a walk-in closet (and a desk if you’re working remotely), a full bathroom, and a cozy living area with a comfortable couch, dining table, and TV. The kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave, 26 quart extra larger air fryer toaster oven combo, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, crockpot, and blender. There’s even an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis rackets, and pickleball paddles available upon request — everything you need for a perfect day outdoors!

We’re happy to host guests for extended stays — our minimum rental period is 30 days. While we love pets, we’re unable to accommodate them in this home. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or outside the property. Thanks so much for your understanding.
