Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

- Pest Control is scheduled monthly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
