▪️Regular maintenance services such as lawn care, pool/spa service, and pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are present in the property. Noise monitoring device(s) does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas.

(We’d like to set your expectations that the temperature is heavily affected by the weather temperature. During cooler weather, the heating system may take longer and may not be able to maintain very high temperatures. We kindly ask guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly and supervise children near the water at all times. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.

▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
