This was a wonderful experience for all. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. The only thing I would tweak is the number that the house can accommodate. With a combination of adults and children you might be able to accommodate 22, but the bunk room could only accommodate 4 women.Otherwise, everything was even better than we could have imagined.Were we good guests? I hope so!!

Was an amazing weekend down in Florida. Everything was in tiptop shape. Communication was great overall really good experience would definitely book with this property manager and at this property again.

We arrived easily from Orlando airport. Home was easy to access, and parking was ample. This spacious home was very clean and bright. The property with pool, spa and bay was beautiful. Kayaks, fishing gear and pool toys provided a wonderfully fun experience for all of our grandchildren. Our home manager, David was easy to reach, responsive answered all of our questions and gave wonderful suggestions We found him to be friendly and polite. Our experience was wonderful!

For the most part the house was as stated. The hot tub had issues. They were able to get it reprogrammed to be hot but they don't state that the jets don't work and haven't worked for over a year per the pool guy. Also there is little termites that appear on the kitchen counters and coffee area and around the island. It would be nice if the kayaks were actually clean. They were filthy and needed to be cleaned before anyone would want to sit in them.
