Bring Your Own Boat! Private Heated Pool, Free Wifi, 3 Minutes to AMI

IMPORTANT: This property sleeps up to 7 people if all are adults, or up to 8 people if at least 2 are children.

Our 'All Docked Out' vacation home truly has everything you are looking for in your next Florida vacation. Located on a canal with access to the inter-coastal waterways and Gulf of Mexico, along with a private heated pool and short drive to the beautiful and award winning beaches of Anna Maria Island, this home is ideally situated.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are laid out in an open floor plan concept. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower that also has grab bars. The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV and access to a hall bathroom with shower/ tub combination. The third bedroom located on the other side of the home has one bunk bed and two single beds. A third bathroom is available right across from the third bedroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has an oversized granite kitchen countertop. Take a seat in one of the many comfortable seating spots in the living room and read a book, watch your favorite TV show, or simply gaze outside the large glas sliding doors towards the private pool and boat canal in the distance.

When not visiting the beautiful local beaches, you will probably spend most of your time in and around the the private heated and screened in pool. A gas powered fire pit around a seating area, gas BBQ, recreational room with a ping pong table and a couple of kayaks are available.

The house was just as described, it was perfect for our family trip. We requsted an early check-in and they couldn't of been more accomodating. Would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing vacation

This house, exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described, as a family of five we all had plenty of space and privacy was an excellent holiday and in an excellent location. Definitely consider staying here again.

Great location and accommodations

We stayed a week with my family including six adults and two small children. Accommodations were perfect! Plenty of sleeping space and three bathrooms were a great fit. I would highly recommend this facility. Next time I would like to bring my boat being the location would accommodate. Great place!

Amazing house in perfect location

We really enjoyed the house, dock and pool. Ideal for island and beach visits. Great facilities to bbq and eat in as we required. Bradenton area is laid back and relaxed and we would definitely return. The property itself was clean and spacious with all we needed to feel home from home

We enjoyed our after Christmas/New Years trip to the Anna Maria Island/Braedenton area. Excellent access to beaches and loved the location on the intercoastal waterway! Manager was very responsive to address issues.

Great loaction

Great for us to visit AMI and IMG academy. Such a relaxing view onto the canal. Pool was great even in January and we used the fire pit nightly. My son fished off the pier. Clean home and well maintained

Relaxing Getaway

This is a great rental to relax with friends and family. The house offers generous, open living spaces with plenty of seating (inside and out) and nice views of the water. Spent a lot of time in the pool, with a bonus of having a bluetooth stereo, bar, and fridge on the pool deck. Another bonus was the pac-man/galaga game!

Our Yearly family vacation

Every year we come to Florida from TN and meet our cousins from Miami. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The girls stayed at their own room and had a lot of fun. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest. Our cousin brought his boat and we were at just minutes to the beach. It was amazing, we, again made great memories. Great Location

We stayed here for 10 days. The house is amazing and the location is even better. We brought our 30’ pilot house and kept it at the dock. We had no issues getting in and out of the channel. We had a mix up at check out (my fault) and the property manager was very accommodating and understanding.

Nice Family Vacation

Property was great. Just about all you would need. Very secure (door alarms and raised latches) for kids with a pool on premises and being on intracoastal. Would recommend a cooler, beach umbrella and quality beach towels. The beach towels provided were likely from "Dollar Store". No beach items although was told there was. Very nice stay and property

Potentially a Nice Place to stay if not for the No See Ums

Nice size and comfortable layout and rooms inside the house. Had potentially a nice outside pool area and Lanai however it was infested with No See Ums. My wife son and I were covered in bites after a few days of being in pool and couldn’t use outside for duration of the stay. Think a few made there way inside as well because we still had bites happening after not going outside. Great location to Anna Maria and to shopping in Bradenton but in need of a serious professional extermination. Probably wouldn’t go back because not willing to take the chance of being bit up again.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not entirely what you had hoped for. We make every effort to ensure that the home is clean, in great condition inside and out, but sometimes there are factors outside of our control, such as outdoor insects during rain season in our tropical climate. No see ums are small enough to get through pool screens and it is always best to avoid the outdoors during dusk and dawn, cover up arms and legs or apply insect spray . No see ums target some people more than others, can be found just about anywhere in our area, and for some bites can go unnoticed for a day or two. None of our previous guests this summer mentioned any issues with no see ums.

Friendly and fast-responding host. Arrival was easy with code, home is beautiful! The kayaks didn’t have great string, and got away, but island rentals to the rescue with a new string and lesson in docking them! Great to chat with and my husband and son received good fishing info! The industrial ice machine was awesome for our days at IMG and the beach. Plenty of towels for the pool and some fun items in the game room. Bradenton and other beaches are so close, just prepare for traffic at certain times. Nearby to gas, stores, and plenty of food options. Just an overall great place to call home for our trip!Thank you!

This place was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about it. Super clean. Lots of things to do and right on the water. It was the perfect set up and everyone had a blast. 5 stars all the way!!
