Stay in the heart of Mission Beach just steps from both the beach and bay. This ideally located coastal retreat offers walkable access to Belmont Park, the boardwalk, and top Mission Beach restaurants. Enjoy A/C, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and private garage parking. Sleep comfortably on a plush queen bed plus futon sofa bed. Family-friendly with high chair, Pack ’n Play, and stroller. Beach towels, chairs, toys, and boogie boards included.

I am available to assist you with any questions or needs during normal business hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For emergencies you can call or text during after hours emergencies for faster response.

Guest have access to entire home which includes a private garage. The garage parking is located in the rear of the building, and is best suited for a small or mid-sized car. Extra low cars might have a hard time entering the garage.

In the garage you will find beach supplies including a boogie board, 2 beach chairs, beach toys for kids and umbrella. There is a shared laundry room on-site. The laundry machine are free of charge, including free laundry detergent.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens and plenty of storage for your stay. In the living room, you’ll find a full-size futon that easily converts into an additional sleeping space, along with a 55" smart TV for relaxing movie nights. A convenient desk area is also provided—ideal for remote work or planning your adventures.

Enjoy meals in the charming small dining area, complete with a table for two. The apartment also includes a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from quick snacks to full home-cooked meals. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking necessities are all provided for your convenience.

Best of all, this cute beach-style home is just steps away from both the beach and the bay, giving you instant access to the sand, surf, walking paths, and stunning coastal views.

Thoughtfully designed with comfort and coastal charm, this space has everything you need for a relaxed and memorable stay.

There are convenient bus stops just steps from the home, making it easy to explore the area. Street-legal golf cart rentals are also available nearby—perfect for quick and fun trips around the neighborhood. You’ll also find many restaurants, shops, and local attractions within walking distance, giving you plenty to enjoy without needing a car. Mission Beach is a popular tourist destination, making it very Uber & Lyft friendly.

To ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of our home for all guests, pets are not allowed at this property.

Policy Details
No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises, including inside the home, on balconies, patios, or in any outdoor areas belonging to the property.
This policy applies to all guests and visitors, regardless of the length of stay.

- Bringing an unauthorized pet into the home is a violation of the rental agreement.

Fees & Consequences

If a pet is brought onto the property without prior written approval: A minimum $250 deep-cleaning fee will be charged. Additional charges may apply for any damage, extra cleaning, or pest treatment. Guest may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Service Animals
We comply with applicable laws regarding service animals. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us prior to arrival so we may prepare accordingly.

No-Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, and e-cigarettes. Smoking is also prohibited on balconies, patios, or near open windows or doors where smoke can enter the home.

Fees & Consequences
Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $200 smoke remediation and deodorizing fee. Additional charges may apply for damage, burns, or cleanup of smoking-related debris. Violations may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
