Perfect mountain vacation

Location of this beautiful place is perfect - away from all the crowds on the other side of the Park. We loved hanging out on the back patio at night making s’mores and enjoying the view!

Sibling Trip

This property was wonderful for our sibling trip including spouses. The location was great for trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. There was plenty of inside or deck space for family meals, games or just time to talk and enjoy time together.

Great Home

This duplex is well stocked, well organized, and nicely furnished. The location and views are wonderful, and the owner is helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect!

The property was super comfortable for our family, including spouses and grandkids! There was plenty of room and enough separation that we could be together yet have our own space. Dana was very helpful and quick with communication. Highly recommended and we hope to come back to visit this beautiful part of the country in this lovely home.

We had a great time in this house. It's beautiful, very nice deck with fit pit, looking out to the golf course. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms.We will definately be back.

Granby Colorado Christmas

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Dana’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Dana was smooth and prompt, making the booking process and check in hassle-free. The location was perfect and we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great attractions and activities nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Dana and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Comfortable how for a stay with friends

This home has great space with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. I would rate the cleanliness an 8/10. The bathrooms were just needing a deep clean and some of the bathroom rugs looked like they needed washed or replaced.

Spring Break Fun at Granby Ranch

Had a great almost two week stay at this fabulous home with our kids and their friends. The first week we had a few HS kids in tow to ski then the college roommates arrived for the second week to ski & board! Had plenty of room for everyone including the 2 nights they overlapped! House was great - had a supply of all the essentials which was nice. Beds were comfy, fireplace & mud room were great for winter and we love the Granby location. We skied Granby Ranch & Winter Park, walked around Grand Lake, drove the 10 miles from into RMNP and really just enjoyed family dinners and hanging out! We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen! Would stay again for sure!

Nice location in Winter Park area

This war a summer visit. We have been to Winter Park many times. Great location on golf course. Equi-distant from Winter Park and Grand Lake, with Granby Ranch just across the road. Close to City Market. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Accepts pets. Owner very responsive to questions by phone Downgraded to 4.5 stars because: 1) No TV on main level, and difficult to get regular stations 2) Inadequate parking. We had 4 cars. Overnight parking on street not allowed. Had to park one car at golf clubhouse at night, which fortunately was close, but inconvenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Grand County Golf Trip

The location is perfect and the property was relatively clean. The patio was great and gas fire pit and grill all worked perfectly. It appeared the cleaning crew didn’t finish the job or make sure there were enough towels for 6 guests for 4 nights. There were NO washcloths or extra hand towels, I sent an email but never heard back. The trash from the bathroom on the lower lever was left outside the bathroom, along with the rugs/bathmats. No dish soap but guests are expected to do the dishes. So a few minor things could use some attention. I sent the owner a note regarding the corded window coverings and my very real safety concerns.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Quiet, relaxing area with spectacular views! Comfortable beds and bedrooms each with a bathroom, which was a nice bonus. Families with small children loved the basement toys, books, games and kid friendly kitchen items. Everything is clearly labeled or explained in the guest book…which is super helpful! The place was very clean, well stocked, and welcoming! We loved our time in this amazing home and in beautiful Granby! Made some wonderful memories! Thank you!

We had 3 families staying at the property for a ski vacation. Three bedrooms, plus a kids'room and couches worked out perfectly. Super close to grocery store and 5 min drive to ski at Granby Ranch.

Great Location Plenty of Room

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 grand kids. This home had 4 bedrooms which allowed the adults to use the 3 upper bedroom suites and the total lower bottom level for the Grand Kids . This home has everything that you need in the kitchen and a fantastic few of the golf course and mountains. In winter which is when we were there you can use the golf path for walks and cross country skiing . One thing not mentioned in the write up is the Club House that is a short walk from house. The drinks are great and food excellent. Also the full grocery store and gas station are at the entrance of the development .Granby is a mile down the road with several great restaurants. Skiing at Winter Park is about 30 min up the road. The great part is that there is no traffic from there to Winter Park as opposed to those coming from Denver that is always a line of traffic. Great communication with the host and a pleasure to deal with .
