The Space:

Welcome to Dolphin Dock Retreat, a modern 4-bedroom waterfront home designed for relaxing, entertaining, and experiencing Palm Coast’s unique saltwater canal lifestyle.



Built in 2021 and sleeping up to 8 guests, this spacious retreat combines bright contemporary interiors with a private saltwater pool, oversized screened lanai, outdoor kitchen, private dock, kayaks, bikes, and beautiful canal views.



Spend your mornings enjoying coffee by the water, afternoons swimming or kayaking, and evenings grilling outdoors while watching the canal for passing wildlife. Dolphins and manatees are occasionally spotted in Palm Coast’s saltwater waterways, making every day by the dock a little different.

The bright, open floor plan brings the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen together into one welcoming space designed for families and friends.

Large windows and views toward the water create a relaxed coastal atmosphere, while comfortable seating provides plenty of room to gather for movie nights, conversation, or quiet evenings at home.

A dedicated workspace is also available for guests who need to work or stay connected during their visit.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Dolphin Dock Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:



• Primary Suite – King bed with canal views, spa-inspired en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor living area

• Bedroom 2 – Two Twin beds, children’s toys, and convenient access to a nearby half bath

• Bedroom 3 – King bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom

• Bedroom 4 – Queen bed sharing the Jack-and-Jill bathroom



Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.

The private saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee with advance notice.

PRIVATE DOCK & WATERFRONT LIVING



One of Dolphin Dock Retreat’s signature features is its private dock along Palm Coast’s saltwater canal system.

Fish from the dock, relax by the water, launch a kayak, or simply enjoy the peaceful canal views.

Boaters may be able to dock a boat at the property, and use of the boat lift may be available by advance arrangement and subject to additional requirements. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a boat.

Complimentary recreational equipment is provided for guests to enjoy during their stay, including kayaks and bicycles.

Guests have private access to Dolphin Dock Retreat and its available amenities throughout their stay, including the waterfront home, private saltwater pool, oversized screened lanai, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, private dock, two kayaks, two bicycles, game amenities, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and garage.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT



• Check-in: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Self check-in is available for a convenient and flexible arrival.



PARKING & GARAGE



The property offers a spacious private circular driveway with ample parking, plus a garage with 2 garage doors and space for up to 3 vehicles.



Parking is available for registered guests during their stay.

PRIVATE DOCK & WATER ACCESS

Boat docking may be available with advance approval. Boat lift use requires prior arrangement and may be subject to a security deposit and additional requirements.

If you plan to bring a boat, please contact us before arrival so we can confirm current docking and boat-lift requirements.



KAYAKS, BIKES & RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT



Complimentary recreational equipment is provided for guest use:
