Coastal Escape That Sleeps 6! Complimentary Golf Cart Included!

Book "Tipsy Turtle" at site 8026 located in the desirable gated community of Ocean Lakes Campground.

This cute beach house features 2 bedrooms ( 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed), 2 full bathrooms, front and back deck areas with seating, living room, sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances, laundry with side by side washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. You'll appreciate the laminate hardwood floors throughout the entire house. This home is located on a quiet street which offers added safety for you and your children. Great for riding bikes and playing ball. For your parking needs, you'll have your own private parking space for 1 vehicle, all others may park in the overflow provided with a parking pass. You must provide your own paper products, toiletries, kitchen condiments, soaps, and detergents. Linens and bath towels will be provided.

Ocean Lakes requires a $12 per day parking fee for each vehicle if paid within 15 days of arrival (fee will be $15 per day is paid less than 15 days of arrival). This will need to be paid directly though Ocean Lakes before entering the campground.)

*We do not allow trailers to be stored at the beach house, they must be parked in the trailer storage area (additional fees do apply with Ocean Lakes).

The beach house comes with a complimentary golf cart (seats 4), free Wi-Fi internet, smart tv's in every room with basic cable.

Due to personal liability, we DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive the complementary golf cart under any circumstances! If caught driving under the age of 21, your golf cart privileges will be taken.

We do NOT allow pets or animals of any type. This is for allergy purposes and there are NO exceptions!

Summer: (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Saturday-Saturday rentals. 7 night minimum. NO EXCEPTIONS during these dates!

Our property is under outdoor video surveillance 24/7 with 2 cameras on the property.

This is a family oriented home. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home and remain at the home throughout the entire stay. Ocean Lakes Family Campground offers beach access, indoor and an outdoor pool, magnificent new water park, playground, two snack bars, basketball courts, miniature golf, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, arcade, grocery store, 24 hour security and wireless internet connection within the camp. ground and at the Meet-n-Eat.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used towels in the tub for housekeeper.
Park the golf cart back in the garage and lock back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no partying.
No disruptive behavior.

Check in was super easy. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions. The home was very clean and stocked with all the pans, towel, and beach essentials. The golf cart ran well and stayed charged for a long time. The beds were big and comfortable. I liked how the house was in the back area. I didnt have to deal with alot of traffic. It had 2 porches with seats. Only enough room to park 1 car. Overall a great place to stay at!
