Extremely private resort like Pool and one of the best locations of Sarasota! Great waterfront neighborhood boasting some of Sarasota’s most beautiful, historic homes and modern masterpieces. It’s walk ability adds to its appeal. Indian beach park (1 block away) both picturesque and convenient for canoe and kayak launching, and an ideal spot to watch mesmerizing sunsets.

Great proximity to downtown and the beaches. Also Many great restaurants within walking distance!

There are three bedrooms, two full baths, but one bedroom in the very back overlooking the pool must be accessed by going through another bedroom first. This should work for most, but might not for all circumstances. There are two king beds and one queen.
