$100 - Additional cleaning charge when you don`t clean up after your pet. This charge is for pets messes in the backyard or inside the house.

$250 - Fee for smoking indoors. This fee will be assessed for any indication of smoking indoors, including any any odors from cigarettes or cannabis noticed by our cleaning crew.

Charges may be assessed for any stained or damaged linens or furniture.
