Enjoy a large lawn, sweeping water views, and easy shoreline access for kayaking, swimming, and exploring the tidal flats. Just 15 minutes from downtown Rockland, this quiet property blends privacy, comfort, and classic Maine coastal charm.

Inside the main cottage you'll find a comfortable king bedroom and queen bedroom upstairs. The detached bunkhouse includes a queen bed and a twin, providing the perfect extra hangout or sleeping space (electricity included; no running water).

The home features a full bathroom on the first floor with a tub/shower combination and an upstairs half bath with a toilet and sink.

The upstairs landing offers a TV in the shared space between the bedrooms. The newly constructed feel, coastal touches, and comfortable furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

WiFi, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen (including lobster pot & coffee grinder), Smart TV, linens, beach towels, heating, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and ample parking.

The Tide House sits on a large, open lawn with beautiful views of the water.
