About Tony Gaglione

This property is owned by the Gaglione family, Tony, Robin, Ruby and Laney.

Tony Gaglione purchased this condo in 2012

Why Tony Gaglione chose Old Town

Our family lives in San Diego but we have been vacationing in Park City for 10 years. When we were finally able to buy a vacation home it was an easy decision that Park City was the place for us. Our family loves to ski, snowboard, golf, fly fish and hike (not to mention dine and shop!). We quickly realized that we would not be able to use our beautiful condo as much as we would like so we decided to start renting our property for other families and groups to enjoy. This is very much a home away from home for us and we want our guests to feel the same way.

What makes this condo unique

We chose this property because of the safe and prestigious neighborhood with its close proximity to Down Town and Park City Mountain Resort. The hot tub, fire place and beautiful mountain view balconies make this property stand out from the rest.

Great property! Even better location!

  • 5 of 5

The property was great! We had a 4 minute walk to the chairlift. The city transit system has a bus stop in front of the complex making it easy to get to Main Street. Tony was great. Easy to work with and gave us some good recommendations.

Roomy, updated and well located condo

  • 4 of 5

Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed this updated and easy to use condo.

Location is key when skiing and one can either walk 5 minutes to the pay day lift or hop the bus right out front to the town lift (no walking).

Unit was user friendly and had all the gear you might need. Note: the coffee maker is a kurig, so don't by grounds on your way in, buy k-cups.

I would book again.

Great location. Easy access to everywhere whether walking (if not cold) or shuttle.

  • 5 of 5

Tony was very hospitable and went out of way to make sure accommodations were set. Unit was great and hottub was right across from entrance. Location was fantastic and our home base made the trip that much better.

Great location beside the Park City mountain.

  • 4 of 5

Met our expectations for a wonderful visit to Park City. The unit is well appointed for staying in to eat or entertain. Better parking and updated amenities would have made this a 5-star. Otherwise a strong 4-star rental.

Great location, good for family ski vacation

  • 4 of 5

The location was perfect and accommodations were nice. Easy walking access to Park City base, Starbucks, 7-11, and the Supermarket. Directly on a bus stop for easy access to various locations. Hot tub was great, and just down 1 flight of stairs. Overall a great place. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 toddlers and we had plenty of room. The owner was polite and very responsive with any questions. We give the place two thumbs up.

Things to note: There is no traditional coffee maker/french press/etc, but a Keurig instead. The electric heaters make the inside air extremely dry. While there were 3 humidifiers inside, they seemed to provide little/no benefit. If you are sensitive to dry environments, or have a cold, you may want to bring/buy your own functioning humidifier.

I would go back.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable and a real fireplace!

  • 4 of 5

The condo was perfect for our family's Christmas holiday. The location is easy walking distance to the slopes and into town.

The kitchen was fully equipped to cook all meals. The free city wide shuttle service is an added bonus that makes a rental car obsolete. Tony made renting logistics easy and was quick to respond to questions. The outdoor hot tub (communal) may have been the only downside as it was not well tended.

Restaurants we recommend include: Cafe Terigo, Coal and Lumber (new), and Tupelo. I would recommend booking reservations early as they all seem to book up for the holidays.

We would recommend this place to friends for ski vacations. We would also consider this for a summer vacation as the activities seem plentiful.
