Perfect Location

Beautiful house—definitely for adults. Too many stairs for toddlers and no gates available. Excellent location—close to beach and many other activities. Rooftop deck was fun for watching July 4th fireworks. Overall an amazing experience and place! I was disappointed about the parking—photos show a nice driveway, but parking wasn’t allowed on driveway. Street parking worked okay.

Great stay

My family and I enjoyed this lovely home - it is just as nice as pictured. We especially loved the rooftop and deep soak tub. The house was well-equipped with the basics, property manager was very responsive and the location is great, walkable to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

The photos online do not do this house justice. This house is absolutely beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house is very well stocked with necessities, which made us feel at home. The location was perfect. The State beach is walking distance, or you can drive onto the beach. Pismo pier is a 5 minute drive. The parking situation was difficult. There is no parking allowed in the driveway, which left our second car to the street, which would have been ok but the neighbors made it clear they didn’t like us parking in front of their house. There’s also a really rude neighbor in the condo community. Our porch light was on during the day and the neighbor approached my husband/children to warn him that the light better be off in the evening. There’s clearly an issue with him and the lights of the rental. He’s extremely aggressive. Overall, the house was comfortable and beautiful.

Family Perfect

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of space and very welcoming feel to the home. It is beautifully decorated and relaxing. We would definitely chose to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Wedding trip

We rented the house to while in Grover Beach for our daughter's wedding. The house was in a great location for us to get to all the festivities, conveniently close to them. The house itself was very nice. It had plenty of space, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. We also liked having access to the garage for parking. Would def. stay again.

Quiet Location near the beach

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and the Monarch Butterfly grove. Plenty of space in the property. Near great places to eat, a bakery, coffee shop. Very enjoyable experience.

Great for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of space for our family with two young boys. The house even had some games and beach toys for us to use. The location was great. We did not walk anywhere because of the boys but everything was a short drive. The view from the roof top deck was beautiful and we did enjoy the fire pit. We would happily return to this house as it felt like home after our stay.

Wedding Stay

Son got married in Arroyo Grande. This location perfect. Has everything you can imagine as far as kitchen, linens, entertainment. Loved the rooftop. Property Manager easily accessible.

Rest and relax in a cozy beach town

We loved our stay at Grover Beach! Beach and Monarch Grove within walking distance. We went on many walks and enjoyed a new view each time.. Varied marine life display in their natural environment was a wonderful bonus. ( sea otters, sea lions, elephant seals, birds, and monarchs in the winter habitat. A wonderful place for outdoor activities!

Nice property

The house was very clean and had everything you could need for our stay. We were two couples. Our only comment was the bedrooms were a bit mismatched for adults with one beautiful bedroom and bathroom upstairs and two smaller bedrooms with a much smaller bathroom downstairs so very difficult to choose who gets what!! Other than that, it was a lovely property. We also appreciated all of the cleaning products available.

Too many pillows

Location was great. Beds were way too soft and linens did not fit well. The owner could remove half the decorative pillows in the house and still have too many. Place also needs a deep clean. Check in process was very good.

Family reunion / Wedding

Property was exactly as listing stated. We enjoyed morning breakfast from Red Bee ( coffee shop 1 block away ) on the rooftop patio of the house and sunset appetizers . The gathering spaces were perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace or watching the game . Property manager was punctual with responses . Location perfect for walking to the beach . 15 min Uber to SLO / wineries / riding / airport .

Wouldn't stay there again

First it would have been nice to know that the driveway was shared with other houses. If you have a large vehicle, you'll have to park on the street. Downstairs was dark and much colder than upstairs. Downstairs bathtub was very slippery & had to call for a bathmat. Ana is amazing. She helped me out with any issues we had. Small closets so be prepared to keep all clothes in your suitcase. Afternoon sun shines through the windows above slider & really heats up the upstairs. Less decor & more functionality. One side table in the living room so if you're not sitting by that table, you have no place to put a drink or anything else.

Great location

This house is perfectly located in Grover Beach, close to restaurants, activities for the kiddos, and the beach. It is in need of repairs and a good cleaning, but it is still a good deal for a family.

Large and comfortable

A perfect set up, large enough for a big family or 2+ couples. Nice layout with a huge master bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Garage, washer, dryer, fireplace, a nice outdoor space - everything you want or need. And very close to the beach - a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute ride. And parking at the nearby beach is free. Grover Beach is nice and Pismo Beach is very close by. We also recommend SLO which is a 15-20 minute drive - it’s a very nice town.
