Located directly on Manhattan Beach and a little over a mile north of Rockaway Beach proper, you'll be a short drive from dining options, unique antique stores, and state parks filled with hiking and biking trails. Crescent Lake is within easy walking distance, making it ideal for fishing, crabbing, boating, and other recreational activities.

Ceramic space heaters available in every bedroom and living room

Accessible by 2 flights of stairs (if stairs are not manageable, we can help you find a more suitable accommodation)

Nice place. Wished the balcony and front window were operational for ventilation. It would have been optimal to have morning coffee looking at the ocean from the balcony. Street light shown into bedrooms was not good. Large space for a family. There are quite a few steps to the unit. Hauling Luggage upstairs was an issue.

The condo was in a great location with great views of the beach. However, the patio door & the window were both broken and unusable. The afternoons got warm with no air flow from the coastal air. We live in Texas were our summers are a heatwave & I wanted to sit on the porch in the mornings and have coffee and take in the wonderful cool air but that did not happen with the broken door. The towels all smelled of mildew. We had to wash them in order to use them. A little disappointed.

Very clean except for the windows, taking in consideration of seaspray. Difficult to appreciate the great view. Well equipped. Drawback was late entry instructions informing the elevator was broken and condo had 2 flights, which was too late for change. Difficult for a older person. Deck door was broken and unusable as was front window. Quick response on replacing dead batteries on TV remotes. No instructions on TV and remote worked half of the time. Comfortabe beds and bathrooms. Close path to beach and downtown. Had to communicate through VRBO with host.

Very great place. Updated, clean and has everything you need! Quick walk to the beach and close to a lot of fun beach towns! We would stay again!

Great location. Great space. Great views. Several things they could fix. We stayed on the first elevated level (parking was under the unit). The elevator didn't work. The glass door to the patio did not work. The window to the beach did not work. The glass looking out to the ocean had lost its seal and was foggy. When we cooked a pizza, some cheese fell to the bottom of the oven. It started smoking. With not being able to open the patio door and the window to the beach, the unit filled with smoke. It set off the smoke alarm for the entire complex, except for in our unit. Everyone could hear it going off except us. We found out when the fire chief pulled up along with the fire engine. (The firemen were taking bets on the way there, was it pizza or steak that set it off. We all laughed.) The dryer was slow to dry the towels. Our towels were damp and a little musty when we arrived. Some of the dishes had been put up that were not really clean. It is a great place and we would definitely stay there again. But, the place could use some TLC and you just need watch out for the items listed above.

Fantastic place, clean carries all the basic amenities, cozy and suppper peaceful! Highly recommend for a girls weekend away or a family vacation! The views of the ocean were perfect!

Exceptional Beach Front Experience

Excellent getaway only 1 hour 40 minutes from downtown Portland Sand Dollar Restaurant has great local seafood and friendly staff. R & R Espresso makes an excellent cup of coffee and its about the closest available java for a romantic stroll on the beach!

Great Views from this unit, short walk to the beach and Pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The condo had everything we needed and was well furnished. We already miss the views out the windows.

Wonderful!

My daughter and I spent a weekend with our two dogs that are sisters. We loved how well equipped and comfortable the condo was. The view out to the sea was incredible! We would love to go back!

Spacious clean updated condo. Enjoyed having attached bathrooms to each bedroom. Nice view of northern beach. We had to go out on the beach to actually view the sunset. Easy beach access. Unfortunately the patio door was broken and we couldn’t use the deck. Fridge ice and water did not work. Fan remote battery needed replacing. Couldn’t use either room fan. It was a very nice condo and we had a great time. Would stay again.

We apologize for the broken patio door, the ice/water dispenser, and the fan issues. A new door is on order, the ice/water dispenser is no longer listed as an amenity, and the fan remote battery has been replaced with extras left in the washer room.
