Justin, thanks so much for the kind words. We're so glad Top of the World provided the peaceful, scenic escape you were after. We take pride in the spa-like bathroom and the way the layout highlights the coastline, so it’s wonderful to know the home felt that way. We’d love to welcome you back whenever you want another dose of ocean views and relaxation.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay, clean. Peaceful view, wanted to say home instead of exploring the area. Would like to come back.

Property was excellent in every respect. Property mgmt. was awful. Onerous and unnecessary "identification" requirements were hidden until Property had been rented. Then dealing with two AI/robot systems that apparently didn't talk to each other resulted in contradictory responses until virtually the last minute. Frustrating and wholly avoidable if the mgmt. company was more competent.

We appreciate your candid feedback. The reservation process should feel clear and coordinated, and we understand how the late requirements and conflicting messages detracted from your experience. We’ll take your comments into account as we consider how these steps are communicated. We’re glad Top of the World itself made such a strong impression, and we hope the home and its setting remain a highlight of your time on the coast.

The kitchen was well equipped. What we will remember was the view! We've rented easily over 12 different rentals in Netarts over the last 15 years and this was one of our favorites for views. While it doesn’t offer direct beach access, it offers almost eagle eye views of the changing bay and lots of space for family to spread out. It also had a good assortment of board games. Only minor complaint was how soft the king mattresses were.

Loved this home, it exceeded expectations! Location was perfect, we went crabbing every day, easy to come back to the house to clean, cook, and pack in ice. The views are stunning, the kitchen beautiful and well stocked. And the master shower, evweyone had to use it. We will be back!

Peaceful & Beautiful Getaway

What an amazing home, the view is wonderful from inside and from both decks. The home has a lot of space & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The view from the master bedroom and huge shower is awesome. Thank you for letting us share the home for the week.

Excellent Choice

Beautiful location, lots of room, fully furnished, great amenities and view of Netarts Bay and Pacific Ocean. I would recommend location for up to 8 individuals. Beautiful garden and two levels of decks overviewing the bay.

Immediately felt like home

This house immediately connected with all of us. The view was outstanding. You can see the ocean from every part of the house, even the bathroom. Very close to beach look outs, and other attractions. We didn't feel like leaving. Will definitely come back.

Great Home

This is the fourth time our group has stayed at this property and we will definitely book again. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable with terrific views. The only downside that we experienced was that during storms the frame of the window blinds in the bedroom vibrates. We ended up getting earplugs.

The view is even better in person!

Top of the World is hands down the best VRBO property I've ever stayed at. Check in was easy, the house was clean, and the view was spectacular from every room in the house. The house has pretty much anything you could need, from kitchen utensils to linens to a working washer and dryer. It was so great I struggled with wanting to sit on the deck and relax instead of adventuring around Oregon. The location in Netarts, while out of the way, is still conveniently located near enough main roads to visit tons of great sights, trails, and attractions. If I come back to Oregon, I would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

Home had everything we needed. Beds we comfortable, tons of blankets, towels and a few extra pillows. View was beautiful. Quite neighborhood. Enjoyed watching several eagles soaring around the area hunting for breakfast. We will stay here again. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one 12 year old. Note, there is only one tv. Our 12 year old would have liked one to himself in a bedroom set up for his gaming.

Divine view in a nurturing space... A Beautiful Destination!!

For anyone looking to unwind, heal and take a break away with a beautiful view; you will not be disappointed when you choose to stay here. There is a small store within walking distance and it’s only a few minutes of drive time if you’re looking to play and dig your feet into a soft sandy beach. For the chef’s out there, this kitchen is amazing and has the most gorgeous look out to the ocean waves!! We had two adults and three children on this trip and it was tough to get the children to leave, even to go to the beach!! They loved it!! This is a nourishing and welcoming space that upon the first moment you open your eyes while still in bed (from two of the 3 bedrooms), it truly does feel as though you’re “On Top Of The World”!! This home along with the view are incredible. Such a blessing... A total gift!! Grateful!!
