Our resort has a relaxed, upscale feel and is located in an extremely safe area. Great for vacationers seeking peace and tranquility as well as families wanting an active get-a-way. You will be just steps away from the white sand beach and right next door to the Zota Hotel, which offers casual beach dinners and drinks. .First floor, poolside. Comfortable, light and bright. Easy beach access, very complete unit. Amenities include two televisions with DVD and a washer and dryer.
Unit sleeps a max of 6 people: 1 king, 1 Queen, 1 sleeper sofa.
Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.

We had an issue with the sliding glass door not locking but it was fixed immediately (within 30 mins). There was a very faint smell of sewage in the main bathroom and it would come and go. The pull out couch could’ve been a bit comfier but we can’t complain.

We were well accommodated and had plenty of amenities for both inside the apartment and to take outside to the beach. The wagon was so handy for us and our small boys! Unfortunately, we did have issues with the A/C and it did not cool very well. To the point where we would sweat in our sleep. If this is looked at then the apartment would be perfect! Hopefully it’s just a simple fix but definitely shouldn’t be overlooked.

Charming Unit with everything you need

The outside furniture has been upgraded since the photo on the website, it is much more comfortable and newer. Many kitchen items for everything you'd like to cook including a slow cooker. My only concern is that the upper cabinets started leaking on both sides of the cabinets down each side where it was necessary to catch with bowls, there was that much water. Also, when opening up the cabinet all the dishes were half-deep in water. This was on 4th of July and our second to last night there so no one was available to check the leak. On our last night the ceiling in 5-6 places started leaking as well as the cabinet again. Major concern if that wouldn't been happening the whole time. We let the office know at check-out but they told us we need to "track down a maintenance man on the grounds". Um, no-that is your job. Hopefully, they actually fix all the issues with the leaking for the next tenants.

Lovely September Getaway

Original Unit (109) was having work done above which hindered our use of the patio. Office staff was awesome and moved us to another unit (120) with a lovely patio that did not have construction nearby. Both units were nice. However, 120 was an upgrade being more spacious inside, a nearly private patio and an angled view of the water. We had elderly parents with us and the patio was a must for them and we were very thankful the staff took care of us and moved us. Sarah in the office was AWESOME! This time of year was also wonderful, very little traffic and not busy on the beach at all! Super close to St. Armands Circle where we had shops and restaurants galore to choose from. We would stay in unit 120 again.
