This luxurious two-story home is located in one of the best neighborhoods, close to Cape Harbour yet perfectly peaceful. With 3,400 sqft of living space, it offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay:

Inside, you’ll find 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queen) and 3 full bathrooms:

- Master suite: King bed, private en-suite bathroom (accessible only through the master bedroom) with a shower and a relaxing jetted tub.

- Two additional bathrooms: One downstairs with a shower, and one upstairs with a tub/shower combo – both easily accessible from common areas.

The home features a spacious living room with a 65” Smart TV, and three of the bedrooms (Master, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3) each have a 43” Smart TV. The fourth bedroom does not have a TV. Upstairs, the game room includes a billiard table, bar area, sleeper sofa, and another 43” Smart TV – perfect for family fun!

The gourmet island kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pantry. Enjoy meals in the formal dining area or the cozy breakfast nook overlooking the pool.

Step outside to the screened lanai with western exposure and a heated pool & spa. Fire up the new Weber gas grill and take in the serene lake view with its fountain. The outdoor area is furnished for relaxation and completely screened for comfort.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated office with desk and printer, a two-car garage with an extra refrigerator, and plenty of space for your belongings.

Villa Barbara is a beautiful home, and it’s clear the owner has thoughtfully considered every detail. The property is exceptionally well equipped, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent and timely, which made everything seamless from booking through checkout.The location is ideal - close to great restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store - yet still feels private and relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub, and many evenings unwinding on the patio. It was a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Both the host and property manager were flexible and terrific. We’ve been on a two month tour of Florida while working remotely and this was the nicest property we stayed at out of four. The house was perfect, so much so that we thought about making an offer to buy. The house was very private despite having 4 bedrooms on the first floor. It also had a nice office located on the bottom floor. The pool and jacuzzi were great, only took an hour to heat up spa in February. Great neighborhood and conveniently located to many things. Upon arrival, very well stocked we enjoyed water, bottle of champagne, espresso for a week, and both kitchen and bathroom supplies for the first week. The place was decorated exceptionally well, very clean, and felt like home. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you Mathias and Tony for a perfect stay.
