Escape to the treetops at this spacious (yet super cozy) 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo, nestled among quiet woods at the top of Waterville Estates. This dog friendly, multi-level getaway (spread across 4 different levels) offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and adventure. You`ll enjoy access to one of the White Mountains premier resort communities with endless on-site amenities.

Through the front door, you`ll find an air-lock mudroom with plenty of room for gear. From there, you`ll enter into an open concept kitchen and dining area, which leads into a living room with deck access. There is a half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs, there is a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a large landing with an oversized bean bag and chairs. Up the stairs from the landing, there is a large loft with a queen sized bed. On the lower level of the condo, there is a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a twin over queen bunk bed. There is an additional full bathroom on this level, as well as a laundry room. You`ll find ultra cozy bed linens and blankets throughout the condo, along with extra chargers, a fully stocked kitchen, area brochures and other guest comforts. There is also a pack n play crib and booster seat, to use if you`re traveling with little ones.

There is a WVE voucher pass included with the rental, which gets one guest in for free, and allows additional 9 guests (up to 10 in total) to purchase day passes.

• Twilight pass after 4:00 PM
