The Space:

Welcome to Villa La Vista, an elegant two-level villa located just a 5-minute walk from the beach within the exclusive Punta Mita Resort. Designed for comfort and spacious living, the home offers beautiful ocean views and a relaxed, private atmosphere.



The main terrace is the highlight of the villa, featuring a private pool, sun loungers, BBQ grill, minibar, and full bathroom—perfect for enjoying sunny days and stunning sunsets. Inside, the open living area includes a TV and Sonos sound system for a comfortable and elevated experience.



The villa offers 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and Smart TV:

• Master Suite (upper level): king-size bed

• Bedroom 2 (lower level): king-size bed + twin bunk bed

• Bedroom 3 (lower level): two queen beds

• Bedroom 4 (lower level): two queen beds



Included with your stay:

Guest Access:

As a guest of Villa La Vista, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community.



This **Premier Golf Membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (Available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional costs apply).



**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.

Iyari is an exclusive gated community on Punta Mita’s north-facing coastline, overlooking the beautiful Litibú Bay. Surrounded by lush landscapes, it offers privacy, tranquility, and stunning ocean views.



Conveniently located just minutes from the beach and the village of Punta de Mita, the villa is only 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport and 20 minutes from major shopping centers.

The area offers a wide variety of water and recreational activities, including surf lessons, scuba diving, and scenic mountain hikes, perfect for those seeking to combine luxury, relaxation, and adventure.



Guests can also enjoy exceptional culinary experiences, in-villa spa services, bike rentals, and a wide range of personalized activities both within and beyond Punta Mita, designed to make every moment unforgettable.



Other Things to Note:

A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation Policy

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you may cancel within the first 24 hours after booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and applicable taxes. Please contact your Online Reservation Specialist to request your refund.

3. Festive Seasons: For reservations during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in to receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and applicable taxes.



This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.



House Rules:

• Check in and check out at the times indicated in your reservation.

• Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity.

• Report any damage or incident in the property immediately.

• No smoking allowed.

• After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not permitted; please maintain a moderate noise level.

• Do not exceed the number of guests stated in your reservation.

• No food or drinks in the pool.

• No food allowed inside the bedrooms.

• Please avoid stepping on the sofas with shoes on.

• Pets are not allowed.
