The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Sweep floors. Do not leave wet towels on wood floors. Bring in all cooking & eating utensils and any dishes or serving plates and drink glasses from the patio areas. Pick up any trash on the patios.
After closing and locking all doors from the inside exit out the front door, Be sure it closes and locks. Close the gate.
Do not leave the garage doors open unattended. There are people walking by that will steal valuables in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Send copy of DMV license to host
Wash off sand with the outside shower. South side of the house. Dry feet before entering the house. Floors are real wood. Wipe up spills ASAP

The house is amazing, fantastic views, close to shopping and the host was easy to get hold of. In addition, the house was immaculate and I love that they discard of all the food and condiments after each booking. We will definitely be booking this property again.
