The house was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. It was a great choice for the 12 of us to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. I would not be leaving a review at all had we not had a major snafu on our second night. As there was a tropical storm nearby, there was a lot of rain. We woke up at 3:00 in the morning to rain pouring in both bedrooms and the living room. The 5 of us who were down there, stayed up the rest of the night putting down towels and emptying buckets so there was not any further damage to the house. The property did refund a small portion of our stay but given our entire 2nd night's sleep was disrupted, and we had to leave earlier than checkout, I would have hoped for more. There were a few other small issues that I probably would not have brought up but I am not happy with the way it was handled.The code for the garage door did not work so we had to open and close it only from inside the house. Again, minor inconvenience. We also found 2 cockroaches, 1 in the main living area and a second in the garage. We informed owners about this so hopefully that was taken care of.Again, we loved the house and the location just very unhappy with how the rain was handled.

This house was amazing and a great space for our family of 7. We have older teens and young adults and the two floors made it the perfect space and a place for everyone to relax. The view is unbeatable and the small private beach seems to be the only one like it. It’s accessible all day but best during low tide, which was around 1pm. This is also when the marine layer clouds would burn off, perfect beach timing. We literally had an entire beach to ourselves, but the other homes next door could access the beach, we just happen to not have any neighbors, it was awesome. On our last day we even had a seal on the beach, we couldn’t believe it! Lots to do in Oceanside, walking distance and even a short drive. The house was very clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. Parking was plentiful and easy. This was our best family vacation and so much of that was the house!

Such a beautiful home. The location was perfect. Plenty of street parking. There is direct access to the beach. Beautiful views of the sunset. The place was very spacious and clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this home. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful place. There were nine women staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice big deck to enjoy the sunrise with coffee and sunsets with cocktails. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

this house was awesome! It was the perfect place for our family to gather. Clean and tidy, plenty of space for our family gathering, The beach was awesome for the kids to play on! We would love to do it again soon!

Another great stay!

We have stayed at this property several times now, and it never disappoints. It is always a great time. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. The house is very comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. One of the best!

Amazing property

I've rented several VRBO beach fron homes and is this one is at the top of the list. Dolphins jumping in front of the house while we drank coffee. Epic!

Girls getaway

The Perfect Beach Home

As a business and only having a once a year retreat in person, we look for a home that is welcoming, clean, with a beautiful, relaxing indoor and outdoor atmosphere and this Beach house checked off all the boxes! From great communication, to amenities in the home easy to access, and a perfect large accommodating space, we look forward to booking another trip here for our next retreat and definitely recommend it for family, friends, or a work trip.
