The main living area features an open-concept layout with plenty of seating, a large sectional with a sleeper sofa, and panoramic views of the beach and water. The fully equipped kitchen and dining space make group meals a breeze, while the expansive deck and private pool provide the perfect outdoor hangout for soaking up the sun.
Sundune's thoughtful bedroom layout is ideal for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen or king bed along with private attached bathrooms—perfect for multiple families traveling together.

The third floor offers a spacious bonus room that includes the seventh and eighth sleeping areas. Designed with families and kids in mind, this open-concept layout features a queen bed in one area and two full beds plus two loft-style twin beds in the other. These together share a full bathroom, and the entire space doubles as a fun game room complete with arcade machines and seating for all ages.

As a guest of the Dunes Subdivision, you'll enjoy gated security and access to two community outdoor pools in addition to Sundune's private beachfront pool. * All guests will have to sign a reservation agreement upon making a reservation with us to complete the booking and receive check-in instructions.

* The pool heating fee is $65 a day plus lodging tax, and this total does not show up on the booking total, so it will be billed and invoiced separately once the booking is made. This is only available from October 1st to May 1st.
