The owners live on the property in an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) which has a completely separate entrance. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces, ensuring your complete privacy during your stay. We are available if you need anything but will otherwise respect your space.

Carlsbad is known for its stunning beaches, charming village, and family-friendly atmosphere. You’re only a short 5-minute drive from the beach and Carlsbad Village, with its excellent dining, boutique shopping, and local attractions. Enjoy the nearby Aqua Hedionda Lagoon for outdoor adventures, or take a quick trip to Legoland. With easy access to highways, Carlsbad provides a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience for a memorable stay!

🏠 Guests will have full, private access to the entire single-level house, including all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will also have exclusive use of the private, fenced backyard, which includes the swimming pool, patio, BBQ grill, and fire pit. Your comfort and privacy are our priority.

The property includes an attached ADU where the owners live seasonally. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces, and all guest areas are completely separate, ensuring privacy, quiet, and no interruptions during your stay.

For safety and liability reasons, guests are required to sign a brief waiver prior to check-in regarding pool use and general safety. No parties on the property, no exceptions.

Smoking allowed - only outdoors on the backyard.

We offer an EV charger for extra cost. We ask our guests to let us know in advance if they would like to charge their vehicle.

The pool can be heated for an extra fee ($100 per day or $450 per week). It usually take approximately 12-24 hours for the pool to get to a good temperature 82-84 degrees.

Our home is conveniently located with easy access to everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with Aqua Hedionda Lagoon just a 5-minute walk away. Carlsbad Village, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is just a 5-minute drive, and the beach is equally close. For other local attractions like Legoland, having a car is recommended, as it's a short drive away, and there’s ample parking at the property. With easy access to major highways, you can quickly explore the surrounding areas, including San Diego, without hassle.
