We really enjoyed the house. It was a great location to get to. The upgraded baths were very nice. There was enjoy towels, kitchen supplies, toilet paper, and beach supplies for all of us. Parking was great. Neal was great to work with, helped us trouble shoot the hot tub. We would be happy to stay again!

We had an excellent stay! The house layout was great, lots of places for gathering, playing games, watching sports, sitting by the fire ect. So much fun going to the beach then hanging out in the hot tub after. The outdoor shower is a plus! Kitchen is outfitted great for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Master bedroom is amazing! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We'll definitely be back!

A perfect home for family vacation and celebration

Great home and location close to Tamarack beach. Such a perfect place for a family vacation getaway. All was incredibly accurate and look forward to coming back.

Wonderful Beach House

The home was perfect for our family weekend get together. Five spacious bedrooms and an abundance of living space made this a very comfortable stay for us all. We easily made the short walk to the beach several times and enjoyed hearing the sound of waves throughout the night. Excellent accommodations and terrific hosts!

Wonderful house great location

The house very comfortably accommodated my extended family of 11. The house is lovely and in a fabulous location close to the beach and adorable downtown in Carlsbad. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests.

This house is amazingly beautiful!!! My sister's and I stayed and it was such a blessing waking up with the view of the beach at our front door! The neighborhood is wonderful. Host replies to all inquiries quickly, and there is a ton of space for you and your family/friends to truly enjoy yourselves!!!

Great location and hosts!

Strong communication throughout with the hosts so there were no surprises. The location is amazing right across from the beach with a great view of sunset. Lots of little amenities within the house showing the amount of thought and care put in for guests to maximize stay. The place is very spacious as we had 9 in beds (6 adults; 3 toddlers), and one in a pack and play, and we all had plenty of space. Highly recommend for those going to Carlsbad.

Small get together

The place was great. About five minute walk to the beach. Beach was awesome. They had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a couple boogie boards. We had a total of eight people and a small family get together, which worked out great. Plenty of space in the house. Jacuzzi was grade easily fit six people in there comfortably. Shopping was close by grocery store about five minutes Costco about 10 minutes. Quiet neighborhood and you can hear the waves at night if you open the windows.

Carlsbad family vacation

We stayed in early June for a week. Great location near the beach. Clean and spacious property. 6-8 minutes walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the beach. Easy walk to town with good restaurants. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive.

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday. The house is clean and comfortable and in a great location. We had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The host is terrific! We even learned a new board game left by the host that was fun.

We had the best time!! House is in a great location and had everything we needed.

The host were so accommodating. We loved everything about this house. There was a fire pit in the front yard, jacuzzi in the backyard, apices in the kitchen, beach towels and chairs etc. it was so fun and easy!!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful, spacious and pristinely clean home, perfect for families big or small. We had a group of 9, ranging in age from 2 to 75 yrs old and the home worked well for everyone. Between the peekaboo glimpses of the ocean/beach, well-stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans etc), washer/dryer, the hot tub in the backyard, and the fire pit in the front yard (perfect for s’mores) this home has something for everyone. I really appreciated how clean everything was and the master was huge! One of the bedrooms is accessed from the master, which worked perfectly for us since the younger kids could use that room. The neighborhood was walkable and you are right across from the street. Also, another huge plus is that there is a shed with everything you would need for a fun day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc). My aunt gushed about how she could hear the ocean at night from her bedroom, and it lulled her to sleep at night. Highly recommend the home!!

Best part was the responsive manager. He came over to show us how to turn on the TV! Beds were comfy. House clean. Spa and Firepit great. We needed to drive to town but we are old.

Great place

Had a great visit at this property. In town for a college graduation and was looking for a place close to the beach that had space for everyone. Bar area, living and family rooms, big kitchen and nice outdoor areas made it perfect for us. 1 of the bedrooms was off the master bathroom which was odd. For us, it was not an issue. House was VERY clean and the kitchen had tons of flatware, dishes and glassware. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant getaway

Great vacation "home base" for our little troupe. Adults and kids got to unwind, play, bbq, and enjoy the beach and sunsets. House was roomy, bright, and comfortable, and the kiddos also had fun riding their bikes up and down the cul-de-sac. Neal was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a pleasant stay despite some hiccups...securing a blender for us right away when we realized the kitchen didn't have one, dropping off extra towels, and quickly taking care of a hot water issue to our satisfaction. Wonderful property, location, and management!

Great House

Great location and plenty of space for our family of 11. This house is just what we were looking for. The large table accommodated the whole family which was a plus for us. Outdoor shower was a plus to rinse off any sand. Clean, beautiful, comfortable and included everything we would need. 10 minute walk to beach.Beautiful view of beach/ocean just a view steps away with benches. Host responded very quickly to any questions prior to our arrival and easy to reach during our stay.

Fabulous Carlsbad Beach House

A fantastic house. Very clean and well appointed, it had everything our family needed from the kitchen to great hot tub. Amazing ocean views! The 5th bedroom is located in/through the primary suite - which worked just fine for our family but it wasn’t clear from the profile. The property manager was available and very responsive (thanks!!). Will definitely rent this property again!

Awesome home for a relaxing vacation!

Our family from Wisconsin and Connecticut stayed here before/after a wedding reception and enjoyed the whole place! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach toys and boogie board was great fun for the kids. They also created a “restaurant” with the bar area taking orders for drinks and snacks to serve to the adults😜. They loved the bunk beds and the oldest granddaughter loved having her own room with a balcony. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Neal responded quickly to any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful home in the heart of a world class beach community of Carlsbad, CA. Neighborhood is nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy walking distance to the beach and anything that Carlsbad Village has to offer with fine dining, coffee shops, boutique shopping, and entertainment. Our neighbors are very friendly, make sure to say "Hi". Please remember that this is a quiet residential neighborhood and has residence that live here 365 days a year so please be respectful and follow house noise rules.

What makes this property unique

Getting around the area couldn't be any easier; you're only a few minutes from the Carlsbad train station which will allow you quick and painless access to San Diego's finest or up to LA without having to experience all the traffic. Centrally located to all of what Southern, California has to offer with ease of access to I-5, 76 ,78 & Coast Hwy 101. Depending on your exercise level you are walking/biking distance to just about everything. Close by attractions include: Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Carlsbad Strawberry Fields, Wine Country, Golf Courses, and world class beaches for miles. We live in the area as well and love the location. Truly beach life at it's finest! The home has ample parking for vehicles, 1 interior car garage space, 2 drive-way spaces and 2 first come first serve spaces at end of cul-de-sac.
