*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 8 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*Quiet time is at 10pm (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing along furry friends? A pet fee of $150 per pet applies (maximum of 2 pets). If you selected the pet option during booking, but the fee collected was less than the total due, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance before your stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing any pets. Must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.
*No smoking property. Please walk to the ocean a few steps away.
*Pack `n Play (Crib) free & available if needed
*If wanting early check-in: $50 early check in fee. Once fee is paid we will send access instructions early. Please note: *early check in is not guaranteed and we will only send an early check-in fee request if the unit is ready for you early. Regularly scheduled check-in time is 4pm.
*Wifi speed is FAST (up to 1Gig)!
*Refundable Security Deposit must be paid & Rental Agreement must be signed for insurance reasons in order to gain access to the property
*The Resort fee covers professional spa maintenance, heating, cleanings, & fire pit usage. This ensures that guests can enjoy a high-quality spa & firepit experience throughout their stay. In the rare event of any issues with the spa or the fire pit amenity, guests are eligible for a refund of the $50 resort fee.
*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250 will be temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.
*We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you`re eligible for a full refund under our cancellation policy, we`ll be happy to issue it accordingly. Please note that the refund will be processed minus any applicable credit card processing fees.

Cameras/Devices:
*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector – I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras – Overlook the parking area, side yard, backyard, and front patio/front door space which can see the spa area from a far distance. Motion detected/ audio & visual recorded. In place for security and liability reasons.

*Special note regarding sanitization:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each property is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so. We use scented detergents and cleaners in our property, so it is not the best fit for individuals with sensitivities or allergies to fragrances.
