Perfect apartment for 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable apartment for 2, perfect location to explore the area. Didn’t need to drive our car into town, which was good as parking is hard to find during the day. Two small beaches walking distance, lots of nice restaurants to enjoy food and fancy drinks! Bigger beaches about 30-40 min away but traffic not too bad , just leave earlier for adventures further out , nice to come back to our apartment, park and walk around town. Property and apartment was very clean!

This place has serious issues with smell coming from smoking. I booked last minute trip during Christmas holidays and can’t find any resort or short term rental other than this. This was new listing without any reviews. As there was nothing available, I went ahead and booked. The manager was nice and friendly. On 25th and Saturday night there was so much smoking smells coming from the vents in bathroom and kitchen area. The smell of smoking was not bearable and I don’t turned the vents and lights all the time till we stayed. Manager offered inspection but inspector doesn’t come for day 2 and then we skipped it. I will skip this place for sure

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the discomfort you experienced during your stay. The odor you described was not coming from the unit itself, but from a neighboring occupant who was violating the building’s no-smoking policy, which unfortunately impacted surrounding units through shared ventilation. Once this was reported, our team responded promptly, offered an inspection, and opened an active case with the Building’s Board of Directors to address and enforce compliance. This matter is currently being handled directly with the association to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible and does not recur. We appreciate you noting that our management team was responsive and professional, and we regret that this situation affected your experience—particularly during a busy holiday period. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we take violations of building rules very seriously. Mahalo for your understanding.
