Being that it was my first time using this platform, i was a bit nervous. However the host was very responsive to my all questions. Room was clean and all necessities were provided such as towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hangers for your clothes, working AC, and all appliances were working. Had a great time being that there was a restaurant literally right next door. Parking isnt reserved but I was able to find parking with no problems. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great host and excellent/fast communications from the host. Be aware that you must park on the street and not the spaces in front of building due to other busineses near the stay. To be clear, this is is not the a fault on the host or a knock on the place. I would recommend this for couples or solo travelers who want a peaceful, quiet stay in San Diego. There's plenty of food and even night life activities near this stay as well as a spot to access all of Southern California.
