Winter ski season 2017/18 is here!

Our wonderful Summit condo in the H building is a large 3 bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms at approximately 1600 sq. feet. Steps to the lift and is absolutely perfect for families. Accommodates max 8 people. Newly remodeled kitchen and vanity areas in all 3 bedrooms.

No parties or events allowed.

We have one assigned underground garage parking spot. Additional guest underground garage parking in a Letter space if available and located in the end of either side of the garage. Additional outdoor parking spaces available in front of the office on Meridian Blvd.

Great Winter Location!

For our skier guests, Eagle Lodge and ski lift is only a few steps away with easy, flat walking distance. Approximate 100 steps from outside H building door!

Perfect to come back to and relax for lunch before hitting the slopes in the afternoon for a few more hours.

For our golf enthusiasts Sierra Star Golf Course is just around the corner.

Our unit is very spacious and comfortable with a large living room. Perfect for 2 families. When you walk in you have a newly remodeled bar kitchen which opens up to the living room area and a wood burning fire place.

The ski rack is located next to the dining room area to your left.

Please note, when there is snow covering the chimney winter time there is no way for the smoke to exit so it will come into the unit. I advise you to check before lighting a fire on some extreme wintery days.

All 3 bedrooms with remodeled vanity areas.

1st Bedroom) Master bedroom downstairs has one King bed, vanity area and shower/bath with toilet.

2nd) Second upstairs bedroom on the right offers a Queen bed and vanity area.

3rd) Third upstairs bedroom on the left has one Queen bed and 1 twin bunk bed over twin with vanity area.

Upstairs bedrooms share the toilet and shower/bath.

All bedrooms have New Flat Screen TV's.

The location and easy access to Eagle Lodge lift is excellent. Our families have many memories from Mammoth and we look forward to many more. We hope you will make your own happy memories staying with us in our condo!

Our condo is well situated in the Summit complex with easy walking distance to Eagle Lodge.

We have one assigned underground parking space. Handy on snowy day's!

Enjoy to see our kids be able play outside in the courtyard is fantastic.

It is spacious and have that inviting cabin feel.

Mammoth Lakes is an all year around resort with a lot to offer our future guests. We are very close to Eagle Lodge ski lift and around the corner from Sierra Star Golf course.

You think about skiing when you hear Mammoth but don't forget snow mobiling, dog sledding, tubing or visit the hot springs winter and summer.

How about the summer? What do I do? Yes, Mammoth offer great golfing, horseback riding, paddle boarding on the lakes, hiking, Devils Postpile, Bodie Ghost town, Mono Lake, Yosemite Valley and not forget mountain biking for experts and all the way to beginner trails.

For children visiting Main Lodge in the summer for a climbing wall, zip lining or buy a ticket and go up the gondola to the top of the Sierra's!

For relaxation visit a massage place.

You will not be bored when you come and visit us at Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Great location, nice place

A good place for a ski trip. The amenities were nice. Very spacious. The kitchen was actually useful.

There are a couple of things that could be improved:

- no place to stash skis and boots (if there was one we didn't find it)

- the complex needs better signage (hard to find building, room, jacuzzi)

- some beds squeaked

- never was able to start a fire

- the microwave oven is unreachable by shorter people

This is mostly minor stuff. Overall, a nice place in a great location.

Partially remodeled

Great location walking distance to eagle, however pics are only of the remodeled areas of the condo. The remainder of the place is original outdated and very rundown. Example, door to bedrooms don't close, shower pan has permanent stains, paint on walls chipping throughout.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this unit. We came up with a few couples for a ski weekend. Easy access to the slopes. The kitchen was nice and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they really need a new fire place. We found that it put out a lot of smoke into the unit. I would also suggest adding better lighting so its not so dark inside. other than that its a wonderful place to stay

Owner's Response: 2017 has been a record breaking year in snow fall and as a result of that lots of snow has unfortunately covered the roofs and even the chimney. When the chimney is blocked smoke will enter the unit. This very rarely happens. Thank you so much for your review. Looking forward to have your family stay with us on future trips.

Walking distance to eagle lodge!

This property was perfect for our needs! Spacious enough for our 2 families to stay (total of 8) and not be on top of each other. The common area was a perfect place for the kids to play in the snow and we could see them from the patio. Condo was clean and nice. Only draw backs was that there is no elevator and the condo requires 2 flights of stairs from the parking garage, the firewood outside was wet and icy which made it unusable and the downstairs bed was super squeaky and a bit hard for our liking. Even though we still feel overall, great place and would stay here again.

Owner's Response: Due to so much snow falling this winter 2017 more water has been dripping down on the balcony from the roof during the day and it freezes during the night. We removed lots of ice from the balcony when we were last up visiting. We will also look into the squeaky bed and solve that. Thank you for your review and we look forward to your next visit.

Loved our stay at this spacious condo

Loved how close it was located to Eagle lodge. It is spacious and clean and well stocked. Our children had a blast playing outside in the courtyard with all the new fresh snow! We would really recommend to our friends and family to stay here. Next time we are back in Mammoth this is where we will be staying.

Highly Recomment - Hope to stay again.

My three main criteria in looking for a rental were clean, roomy and reasonable. This rental completely met the criteria! I was a little concerned when we first arrived at the complex. Upon walking into the interior hallway leading to each condo we were met with a very strong odor and the carpets were dirty. Come to find out, the odor was coming from the maintenance/repairs they were performing in the hallways. This only lasted a couple of days and when they finished, the hallway looked (and smelled) spic and span. The condo unit itself was exactly what we had hoped. It was very clean and the layout was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The owners were great to work with and the rental agency used by the owners was very friendly and accommodating. Upon request they restocked us with bath towels and paper towels halfway through our visit. The complex was equally great. The swimming pool area was roomy with lots of tables, chairs and lounges (even a barbecue). We definitely hope to stay here again.
