We are from Connecticut and have spent the last few years vacationing along Florida’s west coast, where we completely fell in love with the coastal lifestyle and clear-water, laid-back vibe. After visiting so often, we wanted to create a cozy, fun, and welcoming space of our own—one that others can enjoy while experiencing everything this beautiful area has to offer. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet down. Our home has many unique features that enhance this atmosphere. Out front, lush floral landscaping surrounds a charming Spanish-villa–style patio, creating a private and tranquil space to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The backyard opens up to a calm canal view, where you can see fascinating wildlife like alligators.
One of our favorite features inside the home is how the sliding glass doors in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom fully open to the lanai. This creates a seamless flow to the pool area and allows everyone—whether inside or outside—to stay connected. With the sliders open, the home feels bright, open, and social, blending indoor comfort with outdoor relaxation in the best possible way.

For beach days, we provide beach essentials such as a beach bag, shark tooth sifter, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. You’ll also find pickleball paddles and other fun extras to help you make the most of your time here.
