Oceanfront School Year Rental on 40 acre estate in Manchester-by-the-Sea
The home is rented during the winter months from September 1 - June 30th. The house is furnished for everyone's convenience and comfort. Spend the cooler months at Sharksmouth starting with beautiful late Summer weather and a whole estate full of leaf peeping in October. When the leaves drop, enjoy a crisp New England winter, cozying up near the fireplace or warming up with brisk walks throughout the property. Then when spring sprouts, watch the estate come alive with greenery, flowers and bird songs! All year round, the ocean is always present, peaceful and yours in sight.
