Este año frente al mar prueba de casa fue construida recientemente para maximizar espectaculares vistas al mar y puestas de sol. Disfrutar de las vistas del agua fuera mientras está sentado en el balcón acristalado a la salida de los dormitorios principales, las ventanas de la pantalla / de vidrio en la parte delantera o en el patio de piedra o de muelle.

En el interior, hay una extensión de ventanas a través de todo el frente de la primera planta con vistas al agua de las mareas a sólo 50 pies de distancia. Si usted está buscando para relajarse en una casa de vacaciones, donde todas sus necesidades se ha pensado, este es el lugar para ir.

Hay dos dormitorios principales con camas tamaño queen y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales en la planta superior. También hay un dormitorio de matrimonio en el primer piso cerca de la bañera y ducha. La ducha tiene una desventaja barras del asiento y de apoyo. Hay dos sofás en la sala de estar que se abren para camas tamaño queen. También hay un área de lavado y un baño principal en el último piso que comparten las tres habitaciones.

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. An open first floor floor plan is well-designed, and great for entertaining, conversation and relaxation. The views across the Annisquam River to the open Atlantic are stunning.

The house was very clean. We were there in a storm and it proved to be well insulated, couldn’t hear the wind much at all. The couches and chairs in the living space were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. More than enough storage places to unpack and make yourself at home. The views from the living room and upstairs balcony were amazing. Everything (stores, grocery, restaurants, beaches) is literally 10-12 mins away.

Amazing house and views!

We can't say enough good things about the house, location and proximity to everything, and an ever changing view of a lifetime. The house is beautiful and has everything you can imagine. Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed. Wonderful host and nice neighbors too! Will definitely come back here the next time we are in this area.

The most beautiful stay of my life

It’s hard to put into words the feeling I got when I opened the door and saw THAT VIEW! STUNNING Then I started noticing the details, the beautiful countertop, the fresh flowers! My bedroom upstairs faced the water and I will never forget the feel of waking up to that gorgeous site. My older parents were with me, they took the downstairs bedroom which had a bathroom with a walk in shower and even a seat if it was needed. I know this trip will be talked about in our family forever. Thank you for this beautiful house!

Absolutely beautiful

Our family stayed for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. From the moment we walked into that spectacular view till the time we left we felt at home. The house was well supplied with the things we needed & stores are nearby. Other than having a rainy week, the family enjoyed time together here.

Wonderful property with amazing views. My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents, the house was perfect. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal for my parents. It was in a great location, close enough to the restaurants in Gloucester and plenty of places to visit during the day.

Girls Trip

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this water front property. The views are stunning! It is such a beautiful home and was everything we wanted and more. It is very clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The location is close to the train which was so perfect for us since we were traveling to Salem. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

A “Wondrous” Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. When a 12 year old who is often hard to entertain declares a place “wondrous,” you know you’ve found something special. She could not get enough of the dock and exploring when the tide was out. The location cannot be beat for beauty and views. The house was lovely with many unexpected details taken care of. Owners were responsive and wonderful to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The view of a life time

This house had the most wonderful views of the bay & tide pools. We all had a great time. Absolutely gorgeous kitchen new kitchen with 12 foot island. Everything you could want in a rental. Plenty of bedrooms, beautifully decorated house. Wildlife at your doorstep. Binoculars to view the tides in/out! Half hour drive to Salem, great seafood restaurants close by. Much attention to the details. Would go back in a minute! Can understand its 10/10 ratings. It was the best place we have ever stayed at.

Gorgeous waterfront home

This was one of our best VRBO stays we've ever had. This home is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing ocean/land/tidepools view. The house is fully outfitted with a stocked kitchen, niceties like USB multi-plug chargers, and plenty of linens. The owners were excellent communicators and very responsive. We will definitely try to stay again if we return to the Boston area!

My Son's Wedding

The house was perfect for my family! It was 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. Everyone absolutely loved the house. The view was fabulous! we would love to rent the house again in the summer.

We love this place

My wife and I like to take mini-vacations (always with water views) and this is the only place we have revisited. The views from the main floor with a wall of windows include a salt/tidal marsh complete with Great Egrets and other birds, a scenic harbor, and the Ipswich Bay. When we weren't out exploring Cape Ann and all it has to offer we were enjoying the relaxation of the views, they are that good. By the way, we were 6 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of room for all of us.
