We just wrapped up a fantastic 3-day weekend and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatableā€”just a quick 2-minute walk to the sand. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and sipping coffee on the balcony with a view of the water was the highlight of our trip. The host was proactive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and canā€™t wait to book another stay!

We enjoyed the location of the house on the island. Having the beach view in front and the canal in the back, was lovely. The house was pretty clean and the decor was very nice. The two difficulties noted were around the air conditioning. We were either very warm or freezing. We texted the Coastal Vacation number we were given for problems multiple times. They finally answered, but did not come to check it as they said they would twice.

The house is well built and laid out for multiple guests. The views of the sound and ocean are beautiful. Lots of outdoor seating. The lounge pool is really nice.
