Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House looks to have had water damage some time ago. 4 of us started feeling sick while we was there

2003 Bittern stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day we got in the house we had to wash two of the mattress covers because they had dog hair and blood on it. There was also a third bedroom with dog hair all over the cover which house cleaning came and put new ones on two of the beds the next day. Two of the comforters had black stuff and stains on them and housecleaning took the comforter for the master bed to be washed. The laundry room was located behind the house in a building attached to the house which shouldHave been listed in the description of the house. The outdoor shower was broke and had mold in it. We had a large family and made the best of our stay, we still enjoyed our time and it was located near the indoor pool and the outdoor park which was convenient for the children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting is always an easy process. The house is perfect for our family. We had 10 this time. This is our yearly destination and we always have a great time! The addition of Mister Softee on the grounds was a nice way to cool off and get ice cream without having to leave.
