The location was perfect. It was close to the fishing pier and state park. I found the road to the state park to be a short cut to Gulf Shores Parkway. It allows you to avoid the traffic around the popular spots on 59S. The room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was fully furnished with nice cookware and utensils. Our favorite spot was the balcony and the comfortable outdoor furniture. We did not use the pool or hot tub. I will recommend this location to friends and family We are ready to go back to Gulf Shores.

Great condo. Great location on the beach. Condo was very clean, very well equipped, and was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Its fantastic patio was great to relax outdoors away from the sun—and great alternative to sitting on the beach. The real estate company was great to work with as well—and when we encountered heavy traffic and missed our check-in window, they were great with an easy (stress free) alternative plan for us. Overall a great week and will absolutely stay there again when we return to Gulf Shores!

Location, location, location

We stayed at The Royal Palms years ago. Nice location and great condo. Our week there was fabulous! Great weather and calm surf. I would definitely stay there again.

Condo on the beach

Beach Fun

The location was perfect! loved that we were right on the beach, but still have the option of a swimming pool. This condo is also on a level that you can park on which makes packing and unpacking super easy.

Excellent Condo

We loved this condo very much! We will definitely be booking this one again, peaceful part of Gulf Shores and secluded from the busy parts of the beach! Awesome spot for our family of 5! I can’t say enough good things about this condo!

This place was amazing! Great location. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Balcony was very large. Beds very comfortable. Room is on second floor and very close to elevator. This made it great for being on the beach quickly. Had parking on second level which was short distance from this room which was very convenient. Getting to upper parking was very tight though. Outdoor pool was nice and never crowded. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you could not set a tent on the beach in front of the condo.

Relaxing trip

The location of this condo is very convenient. We have stayed at Royal Palms many times but never on the 2nd floor. It gives you the ability to unload your vehicle on the same floor. Also no big deal or long elevator wait to run up the room from the beach. We will be coming back!

First timers

We loved Gulf Shores and the surrounding areas. This was our first time there and we were very impressed! My only concern was the beach rats right outside our lanai. We were on the second floor and when we were looking over the ledge, there were 5-7 rats most nights eating the grass.

Christmas vacation 2022

The only drawback was having to go outside to get to the indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and exercise room. Wouldn't have been so bad, but the weather was cold while we were down there.

Location is perfectly close to the state park and beach. The twin mattresses should be replaced soon they sag very badly in the middle. The upper level parking is very tight to get up the ramps. Didn’t attempt that for this reason.

Could not rest

Property was fine was working on something every morning at seven o’clock left on Thursday was supposed to stay til Saturday .being on vacation means relaxing and sleeping in can’t do that with all the banging going on every morning at seven if I was informed of this I would have went to another location for my vacation

Great Location

This was a nice, well stocked condo on the second floor of a building at the end of "high rise row" next to Gulf State Park. The beach at that end is less crowded, and we had a clear view of the park's pier. It is close to the water and has a large comfortable balcony. It felt private. We didn't see or hear any neighbors. Being on the second floor was ideal, both for convenience and the view. It was right off the elevator and and the second level of the parking ramp. The only negative was the building's entry area that felt dated.

Fantastic location!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was just as described and was spacious and clean. Loved the balcony and the fact that it is the last condo building before State Park property so no building on one side. A couple of small items: Might want to provide more than one hand towel per bathroom. Had plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, but only one hand towel. Also, perhaps supply more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Other condos I have stayed in have addressed both these items. That said, it would not keep me from staying in this unit again. We did love it and, again, the location is perfect. Also, the amenities both in the condo (ie: washer/dryer) and at the property (pool, indoor pool, hot tub, etc.) were great!!!
