Relax and unwind at beautiful Samoset on Lake Winnipesaukee! Enjoy gorgeous lake and mountain views from our fully renovated, air conditioned 2 bedroom condo. Our home is steps to Samoset's private beach with lounge chairs, swimming area, and water trampoline. The community features tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, a fire pit, club house, and pool (main pool under renovation and unavailable 2026). There are also multiple communal decks and patios to sit with a good book or simply soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful views. We are minutes to Gunstock, the Bank of NH Pavilion, Mt. Major, and Lockes Hill Trailhead. This comfortable, well equipped condo is the perfect home base to explore all the Lakes Region has to offer!

The master bedroom features a king bed, water views, and a small outdoor sitting area to sip your morning coffee. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle underneath. All linens and towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. We have games, puzzles and books for all ages. The Roku TV has been configured to easily log in to all of your favorite streaming services for cozy movie nights. Free 500 Mbps wifi. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home when you are not out sampling the many wonderful local restaurants. Our open air and screened in porch areas offer the perfect place to enjoy the view with a cold beverage at the end of the day.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
-The main pool is undergoing a complete renovation and will not be available for the 2026 season.
- Renters are not allowed to bring pets
- No motorcycles, trailers, or RVs are allowed at Samoset. Fines will be issued if any of these are brought onto the property.
-There is a day dock available at the Samoset waterfront for dropping off and picking up (30 minutes max if an adult remains onboard) if you are renting or storing your personal watercraft somewhere else on the lake. You cannot, however, dock or moor any boats, jet skis, or other watercraft at the waterfront. Fay's Boat Yard nearby provides launching services, slip rentals, and parking for trailers.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- Renters must be 25 or older
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including the decks as a courtesy to our neighbors
- This property requires stairs to access

Please place all used sheets and towels on top of the washer and dryer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing, quiet spot with a nice view of lake winnipesaukee. Condo was perfect size with everything needed for a short or long stay. Very close to town and the mountain. Easy check in and check out, great communication and clean. We will definitely stay again!!

This was a wonderful week’s stay. Everything was perfect and just as we expected except for the in ground pool. It was a surprise to see that it was drained and under construction. It was okay, as we had plenty of fun in the lake with the trampoline slide and beach, etc!! We rented a boat for the day and that added a nice bonus to our vacation! This owner was prompt and very friendly. The condo was exactly as advertised. It all far exceeded our expectations.

This was the perfect place! It was clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is ideal, close to many destinations. We went to a concert at the Bank of America Pavilion, a very short drive.The view from the deck and screened in porch of Lake Winnipesaukee is beautiful. We enjoyed a lot of time out there having coffee or a drink.Last the property amenities were awesome! We enjoyed a full day down at the lake, swimming and lounging on the floating trampolines. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
