Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please leave the sheets on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants will submit a screening form and pass to be approved. Once this is done, tenants will sign a lease agreement, which will be sent to HOA
