The space

The property sits between two nearby public beach accesses—Scotch Bonnet and Seahorse—and just down the road, you’ll find a public kayak launch at Sandpiper, making it easy to paddle out and explore the water.

Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
