Right off the dining area is a sliding glass door leading to the large mahogany deck, outdoor shower and back yard. Right off the entryway is a half bath with a toilet and pedestal sink. Farther down the hallway to the right of the entryway are three bedrooms and a full bath. The full bath has a tiled floor and bathtub with shower. The master bedroom has a king bed and small flat screen television. The second bedroom has a single bed and the final bedroom has two single beds. All of the bedrooms have hardwood floors and area rugs. No Pets. Tenant to pay $100 departure cleaning fee, subject to 11.7% state/local tax.
