• Pool/cold tub is not heated

• Pullout sofa bed is not recommended for adults and should only be used by small children

• Guests should provide their own beach and pool towels

• Guests must provide their own charcoal for the BBQ Grill

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the garage doors overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on a monthly basis from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled without a refund

- Maximum of 16 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking Inside Is Prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home
