Not happy with number of parking passes. Day if check in said6 after I emailed to geg another i was told only 4..yes it said 4, but email Oireceived at check in said 6. Wound up paying 50to Myrtle beach parking for a pass to park kn the street. There was plenty of parking on proprty since high tourist season was over. Other then that, plenty of room to spread out, and it was close to everything. Would stay again.

For some reason they send the information to our daughter e-mail, instead of joaniefwilliams@gmail.com We did have problems with some of the Television,upset because they didn’t work , call a couple of times they finally came .Water all over floor downstairs bathroom and on hall.The man came snd empty water out of lock came back the next day with a shop and cleaned up all the water. we we all had a good we all had a good time. The only thing I would suggest is that you may want to get a large skillet for the kitchen to have someway to cook in everything else in the kitchen was very nice. The rooms was very clean and like I said we have a good. We did have a good time and thanks for letting us stay at your vacation home thank you

The condo was as described and had plenty of room for our group of 16. The beach was nice and only a short walk across the street. The lazy river was better than we expected and provided hours of fun for the kids. The neighborhood around the condo was questionable. We did not feel comfortable walking outside at night and there was a smell of marijuana frequently. One night we were unable to park two of our cars in the parking lot even though the owner provided parking passes. Some more silverware is needed in the unit if a large group will be there, especially forks.

Nice condo for large groups. Inside is getting a little worn and furniture and mattresses are about ready for replacement. Overall it was a good stay with our group of 14. Thanks for the AC, it was blazing hot n humid

Lots of room for the team. No issues checked and had tags for all the cars. Close to the parks. Just wished it had its own grill had to do a lot of walking lol. Overall great trip

Amazing unit and complex

We all enjoyed this unit, easy access to the ocean and to everything. Very large unit, well stocked, comfortable decks, ands great pool area.

Super convenient location! Five minutes from the airport, easy access, hot tubs were awesome and the beach super easy being across the street! The pool table and fooz ball was a hit for the kids!!

The upstairs king mattress in one of the bedrooms could use a new one but other than that, no complaints. Everyone loved it. My family likes to fellowship together and this was perfect. This was my 3rd stay at Myrtle Beach Villa and I’m sure it won’t be my last

Place as described. Andy was available for any questions. No issues. Plenty of room 9 adults, 1 child. Lazy river pool and hot tubs were enjoyed by all!! Would absolutely recommend!!

Great vacation

The property was clean! Large plenty of room for a large group!!! Great location!!! Our pool code didn’t work but we managed to get into the pool!!! It’s hard to get in touch with Andy but other than that I would definitely do another vacation at this location!!!

Anxiety with relaxation.

Close to activities and beach. Not enough garbage containers. Posted rules did not include cleaning instructions like other properties. Received email late afternoon from a different source and it went to junk mail. A lot of communication issues this time.

Team Tournament

We rented 3 of the units within this 2-building complex so that our team families could share the travel ball experience and bond a little more. There was plenty of space in the common area and enough rooms that you could get some peace & quiet away from others if you needed it. The beach is a block away & a very easy walk. Good location to the ball diamonds, Boardwalk, Beach, misc areas of Myrtle.

Great place to stay

This was very clean, very large condo just across the main road from the beach. In a great area within walking distance to beach, restaurants, surf shops and nightlife entertainment. The only downfall was parking was very limited for larger vehicles, would be ideal for compact cars/bikes, and I expected the pool to be bigger. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member looking for a place to stay in this area.

Spacious, plentiful beds, good location.

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and convention center. Condo was clean, linens fresh. Plenty of beds for adults to sleep and rest comfortably. Would consider staying here again.

Run to the Sun

The Villa was nice. Very spacious. They are located near everything. The parking is a little tight if you’re in a large SUV, but we liked the parking deck and the elevator is handy. The Villa we stayed in needs some attention to the common bathroom upstairs. The tub is clogged and gross. The mattress in the king bedroom at the end of the upstairs needs to be replaced. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on several of the tv’s. The comforter are super thin, so bring an extra if you are cold natured. Also, we expected some partying to happen. However, the police were called by several tenants for on of the villas at about 3am. Guess there’s always that one though. Lastly, there was a coffee pot, no maker. So, we bought one and left it. Other than that. We enjoyed our stay.
