1st Floor- Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room (new furniture 2026), King (ocean facing), Queen Bedroom, Large Hall Bathroom with tiled shower and separate soaking tub. Full bath with shower on the other side of the home as well

Enjoy views from almost every room in this one-floor living paradise located directly on the shores of Penobscot Bay. The home is spread out to enjoy cooking, watcing TV on a rainy day, or having a glass of wine in the screened in porch. There are two full bathrooms on either side of the home with a queen bedroom and king bedroom separated by a hallway for privacy. The property which boosts a large flat yard is located on a dead end street for peaceful enjoyment to listen to the waves.  You are within walking distance to sandy Drift Inn Beach as well -  this property is all about size, location, and setting.  

Beautiful Drift Inn Beach is just a few hundred feet away along the shore or you can walk the dirt road down to it as well.

Watch the sun rise within close sight of islands and fisherman hauling their gear. Swim and treasure hunt along the shore in front of the house or at neighboring Drift Inn Beach or kayak from the shore, perfect for some of the rental boats offered from nearby Port Clyde Kayaks.

Port Clyde Village is only about a mile away and is a quick drive for morning coffee, lunch, or evening ice cream after dinner.
